Looks like crush drive impact (L1), down heavy punch, command dash (any 2 kick buttons), dash tatsu (down back + any kick button), EX dragon lash (forward down forward + 2 kick buttons), heavy (I think) shoryuken (forward down forward heavy punch).

Refering to the norm and the elite players allows to actually qualify somebody's level with more accuracy. The contrary is way more weird and leads to grubs going berserk because they can't understand why they're getting f'd online while they beat their neighbors only doing Hadouken and sweeps...
You could see him realize he needed to stop trying to treat Ken like a total rush down and use his other decent abilities to get an advantage on meter, like with the hadoukens.
At 4:58 the music is pulled from Streets of Rage 2 - quite possibly the best 2-D 'Beat 'Em Up' from the Sega Genesis' prime. Capcom is a real one for that ❤
one thing i learned about tokido is that his reaction for parry are insane. now that we have drive impact in this game, the way he react to that hadouken is just classic tokido insanity
Daigo knowledge and managing on his Drive Bars is immaculate, Tokido was doing very well the first set but was burning bars like a madman, but you can feel he got desperate in the last 2, burning the bars even faster, Daigo defense and offence was on point, his Ken really is looking clean.
The only resource Diago isn't managing well is super arts. Tokido was spending his bars to win matches consistently. Diago was leaving most of his potential untouched. Can't wait for Diago to work more supers into his combos.

Drive rush adds plus frames to every normal. Tokido wasn't expecting his drive rush jab to hit so Daigo was still in hit stun. You can't grab people in hit stun so the grab whiffed.

One thing I love about Daigo is how you can watch him improve over a short amount of time.
