Many trainers think a beginner can handle the same volume as an experienced lifter when they just end up overwhelmed with inflammation that kills their gains because their body hasn't had time to adjust to that level of stress. Ultimately, it's not about karma either way, but about having a good understanding of how reality works in this regard. Start out with a moderate amount of training, increase it gradually over time, be patient and expect results to take months to years, and appreciate that genetic responses to training vary greatly. This is how you maximise your body without destroying it. If it was simple or easy, every guy would have it, and it would mean nothing. It's only valuable because so few attain it.

Incase anyone out there is in the same place as this guy. You get muscle over years, focus on performance metrics, let the muscle happen by accident. If you're skinnier, see if you can start busting out pull ups, see if you can start working towards a muscle up. If you're bigger, see if you can do a back squat with more than your bodyweight on the bar. Muscle growth is a slow and demotivating process if its all you focus on but it will happen regardless of what you do provided you continue to train with consistency, progressive overload and hypertrophy.
Yes all true. But if you are fat. Get rid of the fat first by eating in a caloric deficit (with a proper diet 300-500 kcal less than what you need) while training muscles.

Cardio is obvious and muscle (which comes from strength training) is metabolically protective and active. Get your heart stronger and you can live a better quality life, build and strengthen other muscles and your insulin sensitivity improves as well as speeding up metabolism, after that, fat loss is significantly easier. People with a lot of muscle actually quite often struggle holding onto fat and it can take enormous amounts of food to build any fat. So why not make fat loss easier by building muscle and letting the process happen by itself.

If you have muscle then you're more metabolically healthy meaning you can eat the same as before and lose bodyfat. If you have muscle then your insulin sensitivity is better. If you have muscle then your metabolism is faster, if you have muscle then you can't have osteoporosis, if you have muscle then you can't have sarcopenia, if you have muscle it's harder to get heart disease etc. There's no downside to putting on a natural amount of muscle and it doesn't require huge 3x daily changes, only 3x weekly changes. Yes it's still risky to be obese, you find no argument from me there. However, having muscle makes it harder to be/stay obese so build some.

Not quite. Cardio doesn't kill gains.The organism uses carbs for that but needs protein for muscles. If Wojak's body didn't have enought resources,he needs to eat more.
Treadmill and jump rope at easy mode/very low to low intensity won't will gain, but rather the opposite, plus it also burns excess fat. Muscles grow at the slow rate. On the other hand, treadmill at moderate->vigorous level or at too high speed will kill gains. Doing this in the long term will also destroy health as the cortisol level in the body suppresses the healing effects of other hormones like HGH and serotonin. At the HIIT level though, muscles grow at the maximum rate. If he does treadmill at the HIIT level once or twice a month his legs will be quite toned and his core will be a bit stronger. I don't know if that is the case for jump rope though.

Steroids increase T by around 400% (reason for the gains/roid rage) the downside is you get so much of a T increase that your body stops naturally producing T. Meaning when you get off steroids you will notice insane muscle loss in a weeks time. You will get shredded if you take steroids but ask yourself first if they a cycle you wanna go down.
In the past I knew a couple of younger blokes (mid 20's at the time) that rode the steroid train, we all knew they were using it as they gained fairly instantly and had the typical 'roid behaviour. It was funny watching them put the needle down for the last time and watch their bodies essentially collapse and the muscle disappear, they look terrible now and look like they've aged 10 years. If you're gonna do it boys, do it naturally.
Don't do them bruvs.. not worth it. Work hard consistently for a few years at least. If you are old then maybe it's worth it but not if you're young. You have no idea what your potential is naturally until you hit your natural limit which is probably going to be more than enough to give you the body you want. And remember that many people do roids and still never look like they lift. I look like I've done them but never once because I'm 41 and started lifting at 22. It takes time and patience and consistent hard work. You have to be disciplined and focused. Nothing worth doing is ever easy. Roids will only ruin both of your banks.. your money bank and your sperm bank. Don't do it.

"Steroids" is like "Drugs", quite a broad term There's a big difference between weed, mdma and fentanyl There's also a big difference between testosterone and trenbolone It's also a matter of dosage And a matter of whether you properly on and off and properly restart your natural hormone production (PCT) during off-time, or whether you just go full retard blasting year round.
I don’t use roids currently but I’ve done lots of research, and most of the side affects are from abuse. Think about it if your only using it to replace the testosterone that your body isn’t producing then you’ll be fine. This is bc your levels are “natural” Body builders almost always abuse steroids bc they are already physically fit usually and using just enough to replace their natural T wouldn’t make sense since they likely already have high T compared to the average. Long story short if your not abusing and are using them as prescribed by your doctor the chance of adverse side affects is very low.?

I never understood why people use roids. It's not that difficult to get into good shape with a little determination & sensible choices on what food you eat. You can get plenty strong & in good shape without roids. I've always thought roids are for people who want to be lazy & take a shortcut instead of just pumping iron & eating healthy.
Don't confuse supplements with PEDs/gear. You have no clue what natural means. "Pre-workouts" are generally just high doses of caffeine ( which is found in energy drinks/coffee/soda etc). "Supplements" supplement the food you eating, you get the same nutrients from food (including creatine) but with far less calories, less calories you have to burn to stay lean. Protein shake is just refined protein in the form of powder some even use egg whites in powder form, it is dehydrated. They "supplement" your protein intake same goes for vitamins for example vitamin C or A. Most vitamin C sources come with sugar, to avoid sugar you take a "supplemental" source. PEDs do not naturally occur in your food and have very serious side effects. Please keep your ignorance to yourself.

Cardio doesn't kill gains.The organism uses carbs for that but needs protein for muscles.
If Wojak's body didn't have enought resources,he needs to eat more.
Treadmill and jump rope at easy mode/very low to low intensity won't will gain, but rather the opposite, plus it also burns excess fat. Muscles grow at the slow rate.
On the other hand, treadmill at moderate->vigorous level or at too high speed will kill gains. Doing this in the long term will also destroy health as the cortisol level in the body suppresses the healing effects of other hormones like HGH and serotonin.
At the HIIT level though, muscles grow at the maximum rate. If he does treadmill at the HIIT level once or twice a month his legs will be quite toned and his core will be a bit stronger. I don't know if that is the case for jump rope though.

Steroids increase T by around 400% (reason for the gains/roid rage) the downside is you get so much of a T increase that your body stops naturally producing T. In the past I knew a couple of younger blokes (mid 20's at the time) that rode the steroid train, we all knew they were using it as they gained fairly instantly and had the typical 'roid behaviour. It was funny watching them put the needle down for the last time and watch their bodies essentially collapse and the muscle disappear, they look terrible now and look like they've aged 10 years.
If you're gonna do it boys, do it naturally.
Don't do them bruvs.. not worth it. Work hard consistently for a few years at least. If you are old then maybe it's worth it but not if you're young. You have no idea what your potential is naturally until you hit your natural limit which is probably going to be more than enough to give you the body you want. And remember that many people do roids and still never look like they lift. I look like I've done them but never once because I'm 41 and started lifting at 22. It takes time and patience and consistent hard work. You have to be disciplined and focused. Nothing worth doing is ever easy. Roids will only ruin both of your banks.. your money bank and your sperm bank. Don't do it.

I don’t use roids currently but I’ve done lots of research, and most of the side affects are from abuse. Think about it if your only using it to replace the testosterone that your body isn’t producing then you’ll be fine. This is bc your levels are “natural” Body builders almost always abuse steroids bc they are already physically fit usually and using just enough to replace their natural T wouldn’t make sense since they likely already have high T compared to the average. Long story short if your not abusing and are using them as prescribed by your doctor the chance of adverse side affects is very low.?

If you don’t take roids, any workout supplements, pre workout or protein shakes then congrats bro you are certified natural
Don't confuse supplements with PEDs/gear. You have no clue what natural means. "Pre-workouts" are generally just high doses of caffeine ( which is found in energy drinks/coffee/soda etc). "Supplements" supplement the food you eating, you get the same nutrients from food (including creatine) but with far less calories, less calories you have to burn to stay lean. Protein shake is just refined protein in the form of powder some even use egg whites in powder form, it is dehydrated. They "supplement" your protein intake same goes for vitamins for example vitamin C or A. Most vitamin C sources come with sugar, to avoid sugar you take a "supplemental" source. PEDs do not naturally occur in your food and have very serious side effects. Please keep your ignorance to yourself.
