What is the mpg? Don't say 'who cares'. Most future owners will not have another ride, so it will be used like a focus. It is important !! Anybody can make HP. But can you make it with over 25 mpg? The Germans are already doing it.
+STK DrvN Rumor is ~21 City and ~30 hwy. And this car wasnt designed with mpg a priority. The Golf R may be getting 25mpg combined but it also loses in every performance category to the new RS.. not to mention it makes 60 less hp and 70 less lbs of tq than the focus..... Gas in the US is dirt cheap right now anyway, but Im guessing you live in the EU
PhatMikeSP1 Some people buy only looking at the price of the vehicle and could end up not being able to afford to fill it up and some parts of the world tax you on emissions as well.

+STK DrvN This car is German. I also remember reading somewhere that it gets over 30 mpg on the highway.
+STK DrvN Look at the 4cyl. Mustang figures and add a bit more fuel usage to that for the extra power and awd in the RS.
