    I was kinda thinking Hearn had gotten pressured or talked into the murder, but at the heart wasn’t really a killer type. Until he said he poisoned the neighbor’s dog because it had caused him “considerable trouble”. Unless the dog was breaking into his home and attacking him and the neighbor nor authorities would do anything, there’s no excuse for it. This dude would’ve killed again if somebody got in his way or he took a dislike to them.

    I live near Tehachapi so I closely followed this story as it went down. Great vid, you hit all the good parts, but you missed the "smoking gun"- when the Detective was talking to Sabrina that you showed, he confronted her with the phone tap evidence and plead for her to come clean. He said, "I know you talked to Jonathan right after the murder- what did you say to him?" and she said "I only asked him if he (her husband) suffered after he was shot." The DA played that during his closing remarks, and that was the straw that broke the camel's back. So she appeal all she wants- by her own words, she knew that Johnathan had just murdered her husband- so she's just as guilty as pulling the trigger herself after she implicated herself.

    • @mistressofstones
      @mistressofstones 3 года назад +9

      Melodie Frances I think Americans use the term sex addiction a LOT compared with other English speaking nations, probably because the culture is pretty sex negative. Many people want to have a lot of sex, perhaps with people outside the marriage bed. I think that's pretty 'normal'. It doesn't mean the other person has to deal with it tho. We have choices in life and many people just choose to satisfy themselves to boost up their sex lives. I think that's pretty healthy, better than feeling like you are coming out of your skin or being miserable because your physical needs aren't met. People are frequently sexually incompatible, I think it's very hard for two people to be identical like that. If it's extreme or the other person is disrespectful or abusive then that's reason to divorce I think.

      So you can forgive him for killing an innocent man he didn’t even know but he kills a dog and he’s evil ?? I agree with you that murdering the dog was fucked but so was murdering the man . I don’t think he would have done either of those things If he never met her but at the end of the day he is responsible for the choices he made .

    Sabrina to this day tries to maintain her innocence and claims Jonathan did this all on his own. What a ridiculous assertion considering the wire taps between them where she admitted herself she knew he had killed her husband and was keeping him in the loop in regards to the investigation. There was a specific search Jon did during his poisoning plan, where he looked up how long a life insurance policy would take to pay out. How would he know that without sabrina telling him. Also the bnsf
    facility could not have been got at unless Sabrina told him where to go. I mean she actually inserted Jon Into her kids lives knowing at that point Jon had killed their dad. To me she's worse than Jon, at least he's admitted his guilt unlike her still trying to claim innocence. The prosecutor asks why she text Jon saying how much she loved him just 19 days after robs funeral, yet she now wanted to claim she didn’t know what she meant by that. Well Sabrina it’s obvious what she meant and that she was in love with her husbands killer. She's disgusting and absolutely planned to kill her husband along with Jon.

      It's appalling to me that the evidence is so strong and you got a smoking "gun" that you STILL deny ANY involvement. This woman is an arrogant sociopathic twit and the fact that she's pretending she's innocent won't go very far in front of the parole board. She can fake it all she wants, but her microexpressions are obvious.
