It sounds like the exhaustion might be coming from unpacking those feelings in therapy, especially if you haven't done that before! You're doing your best and that's wonderful. I would suggest to keep diving into your feelings and take some rest :)

Yes 100%! Whenever i've done alot of inner work I find there is a few weeks of exhaustion following afterward. There's alot of subconscious healing & energy clearing happening, & I've really had to make time for rest to allow those inner shifts to happen!
I instantly thought of my therapy experience too. At first it makes you feel amazing and then you get kinda isolated, also it gets tiring because discovering and confronting things about yourself takes a toll on you. I feel like we watched claudia go through this same pattern as well. To conclude therapy is good but it's a bit of a work, I guess.
And iron and ferritin levels! We see it commonly in our clinic in young menstruating woman who eat mainly a vegetarian/vegan diet. Finding out my ferritin levels were low and replacing them, completely changed my life.
It’s never a bad idea to have your thyroid levels checked. It’s very common for people who are still feeling exhausted while sleeping right and being healthy to have thyroid levels off. Especially in childbearing ages.
I was just about to say this! I’ve been dealing with the fluctuating energy levels from an under active thyroid since I was 9 and when she said that I immediately thought hypothyroidism
Hey Claudia, the lack of energy thing after doing emotional work is completely normal!! You have a lot of healing, energy clearing, & shifts happening on a subconscious level, & it takes a lot of our energy even when we're getting all our rest in! Just be gentle with yourself during this time, know that it will pass after a few weeks, & try not to get down on yourself when you aren't able to be as present/productive as you normally are. Take this all as a good sign that things are changing for your best good!! Hi Claudia! I heard on a podcast that sitting outside in direct sunlight right away in the morning for 10-30 minutes and then before the sun goes down can help with the tired/funky feeling. It has worked for me too :)
Claudia, what you are talking about is performance-based acceptance (the belief that we will only be accepted/valuable if we accomplish everything we feel like we should). My mentor always reminds me to stop putting laws on myself which is so helpful. Your identity is not in your performance 🙌🏻
I totally get what you’re saying. Self-reflection can be draining and when I go through periods of introspection I too feel like I’m tired and not present. As you said, we just have to be kind, gentle and patient with ourselves. I realized that sometimes I can be a perfectionist when it comes to my self growth. I feel like I constantly have to be working on it and that I have deadlines as to when I have to become this ideal version of myself that I’ve been working on in therapy. (All of this also helps me feel “productive”) Its okay to take breaks from self reflection. Discovering yourself is a long, slow process but we are constantly evolving so don’t put too much pressure on yourself!

It's looks really natural though and it looks really good! .. her nose is less bumpy at the top and a tiny bit more narrow, the space between the brow an the eyes seem bigger, and her upper lip might be bigger.. it's not uncommon though, almost everyone in the industry has something done

At the end of the day she's a millionaire so even without surgery, the diet, personal trainers and skincare she can afford is on another level or even world to most average people. It's why we should never compare ourselves to the rich or celebs.

If you are legit abnormally tired, my first thought is the flood that occurred recently! I know you addressed it immediately, but mold can cause all sorts of symptoms including fatigue.
The. more the plant grows the more the wind will push it. You might want to secure the trellis while the plant is small. The growth will hide it in a few months. Jasmine is really great for this, grows faster than bougainvillea and smells heavenly.
Don’t ignore the feeling, from experience ignoring it won’t make it go away it will only amplify the background noise that it’s already creating. The only way out is through, it used to annoy me when someone told me that but it’s true. Emotions are not permanent see it like a tunnel, you enter the tunnel, you journey in it and then you’re out of it. Sometimes saying to yourself “okay that’s how I feel, that how it is” and fully embracing it without internalizing it will make it move faster. Maybe journal about it, pamper a bit, relax and then put anything that comes up on paper. Also it’s okay to go more slowly, we’re often processing things we’re not even aware of, 95% of our day is driven by the subconscious. its because a lot of new energy is entering the planet, that new energy is arriving to uplift humankind so the density can be released, you are tired because you are releasing the density you can look to the sun for some moments to take energy, walk below the trees, and do exercise 40 minutes of cardio, also write a journal and deatach from all the negative stuff happening. focus on your cool self and cut cords with everyone arround you, attach cords to love and source. Getting out into nature even a short walk always helps me, it's sometimes a struggle to get up and just go. Grab peaches and make a Matcha to go and enjoy the outdoors.
One tip I learned that has helped me when I have the massive to-do list and am not getting through it and feel fatigued and then even worse about myself due to the failure to be “productive” is to specify my “3 things” each day. So maybe I have a massive to-do list with all kinds of random shit on it.. I pick the 3 things that I WILL/must get done that day. If I finish those and can do more then great, I continue going down my list. If I can’t do any more then at least I did the most pressing/important tasks and can rest/chill and still feel ok with myself. It helps me focus a bit when tired and foggy.
I feel like I’m listening to myself talk… I totally get it!! I also feel like I have no energy to complete the tasks on my to do list and procrastinating nonstop… so its tough. Just know you’re not alone in this!!! Thanks for providing the comfort I needed by knowing I’m not the only one in a funk🙃

Even though nothing individually that you’re doing is all that strenuous, the little things really do all add up. It feels so good to do nothing all day when your body needs it
I also base my self worth based on how productive I am throughout the day. If I have an off day and do nothing it bothers me so much. I have to keep busy and it makes me feel empowered and like a bad bitch lol when I feel down I allow myself one day to be in the funk but never two days in a row. I have to remind myself who I am and the strong woman I am and then I kick ass the next day!!! Stay positive and keep pushing through those days remember they are only temporary.
I was also someone who found a lot of their worth through productivity and over achieving but chronic illness, both physical and mental, has completely shut that down. I haven't worked in over 6 months and I'm so far behind in school but anyone would tell me to focus on taking care of myself right? Talk to yourself like you would talk to a close friend 🧡 you have the same value and worth as the people you love so you deserve the same respect.
Honestly I feel the same funkiness and I think it might be something to do with the weather, at least for me, it is getting gloomaaaayy and while I LOVE IT, it does tend to bring funkyfun. It will pass, until then I plan on focusing on healthhhhh, and watching your vlogs cause they honestly bring me so much inspiring peace and calm. Thank you for your genuiness and just youness! Ugh yes, I've felt so brain foggy for so long, regardless of what I'm doing--working, relaxing, anything! I went to an endocrinologist to get my thyroid checked and everything seems fine which makes it even more confusing. Hope you can get out of this feeling 😞❤️

girl I don't know if you'll see this! but start tracking your moon cycle. depending on where you are on your menstrual cycle you might be more (or less) productive or creative. usually before or during my period I might feel more slugish or less eager to get going and thats when I allow myself to wind down, take a break, relax and listen to my body. then as the month progress it gets better and I feel more energetic to get going, get manifesting, get productive. this is such a powerful tool we have as women!! use it to your benefit!! it has helped me lots!! much love x
I feel you! I also tend to measure my productivity with the quantity of things I achieve in one day. But it got to the point we’re i wouldn’t allow myself to sit down or enjoy my meals properly or even take a nap because of the large mental list of things. So one day I decided to start from scratch and just achieve 1 goal per day. For example “today I’ll drink water” and that was nice. Just to have that one objective for the day and do it. In conclusion, give yourself permission to start from scratch as well! You deserve to rest! And thank you for sharing. It feels nice when you are not alone going through life, no matter where you are from or what you work in 💜 lots of love.
for the plants you bought at @3:09 these are called bougainvilleas! we have a lot of them where i live and a big tip for you is you should try and plant them around your house or place the pots+ trellis in a more open space area or on an outside wall of ur house instead since they will grow into trees that blossom a lot of flowers! and their flowers (and leaves) fall onto the ground A LOT so if u dont want to be sweeping flowers off of ur small balcony all the time i recommend putting them somewhere else! :)

My therapist told me that a huge part of that, is that I don´t accept the fact that I´m exhausted. Also that I don´t allow myself to feel that way, because I think there is no reason to be, even tho because of the circumstances it´s totally understandable, but I don´t see it that way because of my high standards and perfectionism. So for now I try to see it and accept it, and maybe this will help you too 😊 Anyways, love all your videos, and please continue to being so open and honest, it´s so nice to hear that we are not alone 🤍

OMG CLAUDIA! I'm feeling the exact same, about being super tired all time, and I also work from home (video editor here!) - for people like us full time at home, it's important we take Vitamin D and one thing that has been helping A LOT is during my last 2 minutes of shower in the morning I turn the water super cold and it has helped me "wake up" quicker!!
Btw, Mercury retrograde happens 4x a year, for 4 weeks at a time (and also has a pre & post-period of 2 weeks) so we're basically dealing with it half of the year. So don't feel overwhelmed when you hear this! 😂

Anemia can also cause you too feel very tired! I knew I was getting so much sleep, and resting but would still feel bone tired and then found out it was anemia. Had that addressed and it made the WORLD of a difference.
I was in such a low point of this funk, but it started getting better once i started my theraphy session after 2 years or so, and! once i started uni classes - second year but first time in person. i really think this funk, among other things, has also to do with the effects of quarantine, our bodies and minds learned to work differently, and it's been almost 2 fvcking years. on the days i don't have classes, so nothing big to fill my agenta i go right back into that funk which messes with my whole phychosynthesis... sigh sending everyone love, i know we can heal from this
So random, my dog gets off the couch the exact same way 😂😂 I thought she was the only one, but she’ll just lie there for a minute or two until she falls 🤦♀️
if you haven't gotten your blood checked in a while I would suggest to do so, I recently went to see my doctor with similar symptoms and found out my iron levels were at like a 13 instead of 30 (what they should be) the normal iron supplements I had been taken weren't working so now im taking Ferro-grad C which has been helping!

as i was listening to her chat, i thought, well, how can we not be in a funk and exhausted every so often, we’re forced to live 365 days of 20 or how ever many years, it is obviously natural to be exhausted, but we get out every time, eventually
I get the fall funk. The hours of daylight are shrinking. Gives me melancholy vibes. Has for decades. I need to take more chill days. Skip work, be alone. Today I trimmed my trees. I’m a professional gardener. You’re correct getting them trimmed and shaped at least once a year. Healthy for the tree and safer for your house and cars and even you guys and peaches who could have limbs fall on you. So someone needs to make a bed/sheet spray. Find them! Air out the bed in the morning but mist it with a fragrance / sanitizing type spray. Let it dry while you shower or whatever THEN make the bed. Can’t wash sheets everyday. We do more than sleep in our beds, it gets a workout like the gym and needs freshening up. Find me that product!!! Chemical free and safe too.

For me it was magnesium deficiency. Suppliment deficiency in the US is real & something to think about.

Iron levels, spesially Ferritin. Your hemoglobin might be fine, but ferritin low - low ferritin level may cause depression even.

I was also someone who found a lot of their worth through productivity and over achieving but chronic illness, both physical and mental, has completely shut that down. I haven't worked in over 6 months and I'm so far behind in school but anyone would tell me to focus on taking care of myself right? Talk to yourself like you would talk to a close friend 🧡 you have the same value and worth as the people you love so you deserve the same respect.

Honestly I feel the same funkiness and I think it might be something to do with the weather, at least for me, it is getting gloomaaaayy and while I LOVE IT, it does tend to bring funkyfun. Ugh yes, I've felt so brain foggy for so long, regardless of what I'm doing--working, relaxing, anything! I went to an endocrinologist to get my thyroid checked and everything seems fine which makes it even more confusing. Hope you can get out of this feeling 😞❤️

girl I don't know if you'll see this! but start tracking your moon cycle. depending on where you are on your menstrual cycle you might be more (or less) productive or creative. usually before or during my period I might feel more slugish or less eager to get going and thats when I allow myself to wind down, take a break, relax and listen to my body. then as the month progress it gets better and I feel more energetic to get going, get manifesting, get productive. this is such a powerful tool we have as women!! use it to your benefit!! it has helped me lots!! much love x

I feel you! I also tend to measure my productivity with the quantity of things I achieve in one day. But it got to the point we’re i wouldn’t allow myself to sit down or enjoy my meals properly or even take a nap because of the large mental list of things.
So one day I decided to start from scratch and just achieve 1 goal per day. For example “today I’ll drink water” and that was nice. Just to have that one objective for the day and do it.
In conclusion, give yourself permission to start from scratch as well! You deserve to rest! And thank you for sharing. It feels nice when you are not alone going through life, no matter where you are from or what you work in 💜 lots of love.

for the plants you bought at @3:09 these are called bougainvilleas! we have a lot of them where i live and a big tip for you is you should try and plant them around your house or place the pots+ trellis in a more open space area or on an outside wall of ur house instead since they will grow into trees that blossom a lot of flowers! and their flowers (and leaves) fall onto the ground A LOT so if u dont want to be sweeping flowers off of ur small balcony all the time i recommend putting them somewhere else! :)

omg I totally understand you, in terms of feeling exhausted and the problem with depending your worth on your productivity.
My therapist told me that a huge part of that, is that I don´t accept the fact that I´m exhausted.
Also that I don´t allow myself to feel that way, because I think there is no reason to be, even tho because of the circumstances it´s totally understandable, but I don´t see it that way because of my high standards and perfectionism. So for now I try to see it and accept it, and maybe this will help you too 😊

OMG CLAUDIA! I'm feeling the exact same, about being super tired all time, and I also work from home (video editor here!) - for people like us full time at home, it's important we take Vitamin D and one thing that has been helping A LOT is during my last 2 minutes of shower in the morning I turn the water super cold and it has helped me "wake up" quicker!!
Btw, Mercury retrograde happens 4x a year, for 4 weeks at a time (and also has a pre & post-period of 2 weeks) so we're basically dealing with it half of the year. So don't feel overwhelmed when you hear this! 😂

Anemia can also cause you too feel very tired! I knew I was getting so much sleep, and resting but would still feel bone tired and then found out it was anemia. Had that addressed and it made the WORLD of a difference.

I was in such a low point of this funk, but it started getting better once i started my theraphy session after 2 years or so, and! once i started uni classes - second year but first time in person. i really think this funk, among other things, has also to do with the effects of quarantine, our bodies and minds learned to work differently, and it's been almost 2 fvcking years. on the days i don't have classes, so nothing big to fill my agenta i go right back into that funk which messes with my whole phychosynthesis... sigh sending everyone love, i know we can heal from this

if you haven't gotten your blood checked in a while I would suggest to do so, I recently went to see my doctor with similar symptoms and found out my iron levels were at like a 13 instead of 30 (what they should be) the normal iron supplements I had been taken weren't working so now im taking Ferro-grad C which has been helping!

as i was listening to her chat, i thought, well, how can we not be in a funk and exhausted every so often, we’re forced to live 365 days of 20 or how ever many years, it is obviously natural to be exhausted, but we get out every time, eventually
I get the fall funk. The hours of daylight are shrinking. Gives me melancholy vibes. Has for decades. I need to take more chill days. Skip work, be alone. Today I trimmed my trees. I’m a professional gardener. You’re correct getting them trimmed and shaped at least once a year. Healthy for the tree and safer for your house and cars and even you guys and peaches who could have limbs fall on you. So someone needs to make a bed/sheet spray. Find them! Air out the bed in the morning but mist it with a fragrance / sanitizing type spray. Let it dry while you shower or whatever THEN make the bed. Can’t wash sheets everyday. We do more than sleep in our beds, it gets a workout like the gym and needs freshening up. Find me that product!!! Chemical free and safe too.
