FIRE - Bad battery charging cable detected - Redarc Total Vehicle Management System

Have you had issues or an error with your Redarc Total Vehicle Management System and it continues to display errors?
There's no charge, can't use circuits, the fuses are fine, the terminals are fine, yet the display continues to reset itself?
