Happy Birthday....welcome to the 70's club! Monday Jan 8th, (Elvis day) I'll be 73 and feel I'm still in my 30's...most of the time and still work 3 days a week at the other used camera place, KEH camera! I think something about doing our photography makes us still feel young. It's probably all of those chemicals we used in the film days that got into our blood! I still shoot & process a little film every now and then! Again Happy Birthday to you and have a great B'day photo get away!!!
Kevin, Happy Birthday! My birthday is tomorrow and I’m still a kid at 72! Like you I feel like I’m still in my forties. On my 70th birthday, we canceled the ‘party’ as I had Covid so my wife and I had a quiet dinner and enjoyed some homemade chili. After 52 years of photography, I’ve never lost my passion. Enjoy! I can relate to your video, regarding GAS. I have the A7III and A9, with 200-600mm lens. These can be heavy so I recently bought the HX99 and RX100 VII. These can be quite fiddly, so guess I’m looking at the a6600 or a6700, but the lenses increase the weight! Its a journey, but still enjoyable.
