Population Growing is actually the easiest one to make money in because the turnip spikes are so astronomical. I'm glad I didn't know about them when I started playing and paid my house off the old-fashioned way.
Hey man, I had a question regarding your paying off the debts with only mushrooms video. Hoping you can help me out here. Where did you get your info on the Islanders potentially burying mushrooms? I've been looking on wikis and forums and I can't find anything related to it. I started a new save for GCN and I'm trying to learn the ins and outs of the island, but it seems like AC GCN is very poorly documented.
Question: Why was this proclaimed a 100% guaranteed town based on what was seen on the map? And to build off it what makes the corner acre good? I just started replaying this and know a pond is needed, but that doesn't show up on the map.
Animal Crossing is a game I'd love to speedrun but the mods refuse to allow emus or modded/third party consoles. It's a shame when a gaming community can't grow and reach more competitive players becase the mods just refuse to open a separate emu/third party console leaderboard

Game developers historically really don't like multiplayer mods. (See Super Mario 64, Breath of the Wild, Halo, GTA V....) Such mods are allowed to exist sometimes...but this is Nintendo we're talking about so I am not optimistic about that unfortunately.

Islanders also can buy candy. But different islanders have different tastes.
