I'd say it depends on the kind of person you are. A lot of the younger fans(like me) enjoy the Post-90's stuff because of how Modern it is. But for instance if you listen to a lot of older Thrash, Hardcore & Death you would probably prefer the 90's stuff more. It took me quite a while to get around to the older stuff. But once I did it was just what I was looking for at the time.
The bass player from Incubus might seem out of place for some but he's actually a very talented multi instrumentalist, he has a couple very good solo albums, he actually can sing pretty well too
Got to see Meshuggah with Intronaut opening during their 25th anniversary tour. Jens had the flu and stepped down half way through their set and Sacha came out to fill in for him. Uncanny seeing him of all vocalists in this cover, love it.
Periphery, and Carbomb. A Meshuggah cover!!! This is perfect. I'm watching a lot of my favorite bands covering songs. It's so fvcking epic! Is Mark Holcomb wearing a Zeal and Ardor shirt!!!😀
Check out their album "Science" if you wanna hear what they sounded like before the albums with the popular radio stuff. Heavy and lots of crazy slap bass. Suggest some mushrooms too. Haha
It's great feeling when you realise you are using the same gear as some of metal music's greatest musicians... I have exactly the same trackball mouse as Ben Kenney! :-p
He’s the only drummer I can think of who could actually replace him if Tomas left. Such a distinct style that clearly pays homage to the past, but he’s his own player.

Good seeing Incubus representative! It doesn't surprise me because Incubus is very talented as far as musicians go. This group actually makes perfect sense. They all have that progressive musical theory side in their bands those odd time signatures that make an easy cool riff sound complicated, it's weird listening to that like ya gotta stay focused just to listen to it; it gives you that uneasy feeling ,This is cool. Well done guys!!!
I had a cassette of Contradictions Collapse that a drummer acquaintance taped for me back in the early '90s, which I routinely blasted in my van. When I saw the NONE ep in a local record shop, I bought it there and then. Great cover!
Sacha doing the Jens face at the end was great! I have to say I didn't expect to ever see members of Intronuat, Car Bomb, and Incubus on the same song. Also love to see Zeal & Ardor and BTBAM getting little shout-outs in this video!
