a tip for new alien out there stay on live wires to charge up your power quicker, hold c for basically free heal, able spam your ablities more (while standing on the wire ofc). also hold down the spit for longer range.
This has been my top game this week, it feels as unique and refreshing to the extraction genre as Dark and Darker did when it first launched. Hope to see you play a bit more of it before the beta is over!
regards the saturation of extraction genres, its a welcome one seeing a mix of both. seeing elements form Lethal Company and Evolve/L4D Versus underneath an extraction shooter. mix genres are instant W, kept the genre refreshing.
This game looks sick! I am kind of concerned that they might have given groups too many advantages though, like being able to spy on other players in a drone after you get killed to call the enemy players out to your teammates might be a bit much on top of all the other advantages groups inherently have against solos.
@@Maxwelljackson04 It's still a substantial advantage that teams get over solos. It just seems completely unnecessary to me, like they already have the advantage of multiple players and being able to revive each other.
I think it'd be a lot more interesting if the weapons were more realistic compared to the sillyness of everyone running around with nailguns. The gameplay looks quite strategic but the PMC on PMC engagements seem rather lame. Interesting concept, perhaps mediocre execution.

You can charge up the spit by holding the right mouse button. That way you can spit a lot further and actually hit something.
