Follow our journey as we continue full time van life in our self build / self converted Mercedes sprinter conversion camper van.
We are a family of 4 plus a German shepherd Dog and a rabbit that have left the UK to tour / travel Europe and beyond.
We started in Barcelona and have mainly been working our way around the Spanish coast. We had hoped to get the ferry to Morocco to escape the Schengen zone but due to the ferry not running from Spain, we decided to take the huge road trip to the first non Schengen country which was Croatia!
We stayed in Croatia for nearly 6 weeks before recently moving on to Montenegro...
Montenegro is not a country we had ever thought of going before but were so happy we did!
It really is a beautiful country and definitely not one to be missed.
The highlight for us was a small coastal town called Kotor which you can see in this video.

We are new to blogging, filming and editing, already we have learned a lot from the first few edits and have realised what mistakes have been made so we can improve each week.

Beautiful scenery in Montenegro. You found some really nice park up locations. Think I would be moving on if I saw spiders that size 👍

If we had of noticed them first, we definitely wouldn’t have stayed 😅 spiders petrify me 🕷
Please, you need to come back for that dog. Didn't you see? Your boy and that dog were meant to be together. Maybe your boy can atleast visit that dog from time to time if the dog has it's owner already. You never know the backround story behind such unexpected happenings. I saw a special connection between the boy and that dog. Godspeed.
Nice video, nice scenery. Maybe next time, put your dog hair in the trash can instead of leaving it in nature. It does not desintegrate easily so.. We always put the doghair in the trashcan!! Keep the place just like you found it, or leave it better !!!
Thank you for the advice and I’m sorry you thought we left the hair there... I’m not quite sure what made you think that? If you watch our other videos, you will see that we regularly collect rubbish and always leave places cleaner than we found them. My boys normally collect at least 2 bags full of rubbish from most places because we hate to see it ourselves. We would never dump our rubbish! On this occasion we put the hair in the bin which we were parked next to but within minutes, the birds were collecting it for their nests. If anything, we actually helped the wildlife. Thank you for your concern but I can assure you, we hate people that leave rubbish as much as you do!
@@KevintheCamper I am very glad to here that. I thought that you just left it there because after you brush the dog and the pile of fur lays on the ground, you say: "Better here than in the camper" (or something like that). That made me think that you just would leave the fur there. And yes birds are very happy with the fur for their nests (I see it here also) but better to clean it up and very pleased to here that you do so !! Enjoy your further travels, and maybe see you guys sometime on the road !
Great video again, do you find it better to get a SIM card from the country your in instead of getting a data plan from the uk with a roaming bolt on?
Thanks guys 🙏 We used our English SIM cards with roaming bolt ons up until Montenegro but Montenegro, Bosnia and Albania aren’t included in the packs. It’s an extra £5mb 😮
Luckily the data deals in Montenegro are really good and we got 500gb for 15€

Was so cheap bag then too, Beer 25p cigarettes 25p Dinner for 2 £5. Was unbelievably cheap. The skiing in winter was cheap too
