This is one of the few games where I can listen to the entire OST without skipping any songs. Some other Mega Man games, a few Sonic games, and this one game called Chirpy Reverie are some of the only other games I can say that about.

When I was a little kid, I used to beat this game without any problems. I played it a LOT. Oh man, if they only knew what was available before these games hit the shelves.. play asteroids, pong, pitfall for years then get you a NES with Mario 3, Mega man, Zelda, Metroid, ghost and goblins, Duck tails, Godzilla, Jesus man... too many to name really, you will see why we were so excited.

Needleman, Gemini man, and snake man are weak again st each other, and then magnet man, hard man, top man, shadow man, and spark man are weak against each other. None of the first three are weak against the last five.
+Zedrik Allen I disagree. I'm with Bartroll. It's more complex, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's better. MM2 was more cohesive, the songs sounded more like a unit. MM3 almost sounds like it had multiple composers. Besides, there are some straight duds on MM3. Top man's song flat out sucks, hated it as a kid, hasn't grown on me since. And while I don't hate Wiley 1 (its not a bad song at all, actually), it doesn't hold a candle to the one from MM2- you could feel the tension in every note from that song. Nothing about about the one from 3 screams DANGER ZONE, which I feel is supposed to be the point. Love Needleman's theme though.
Gemini Man ... oh how I hated this stupid stage, not the boss or ability, just this stupid stage ... oh you died by falling into that water... and again...and again... and again... you thought you've made it and one of these stupid flying ... i can't remember what it was ... hits you ... you fall again ... AAAAAAAARGHH xD
Depends. I like to think it depends on the skill level of the player and the mood of the particular game. If you want something more difficult with an ultra-competitive internet base, then CoD is great. The Internet behaviors of kids and their personalities leave something to be desired, but criticizing CoD for being popular is bad because it has many aspects correct for a game.

Good thing both SnakeMan and TopMan were easy to deal with with just the buster, since you had to break both circles at least once.
