Wow, for the Philippines that room price was cheap for a top Hotel, better pop over there before it goes up. Not been to Cebu for a long time but great memories of the place when travelling weekly to Cebu from Bohol. Great video and yes, the gym looked great also and the view was just amazing.
Adam, Lechon is a Roasted suckling pig is one of the most popular dishes in the Philippines.
Cebu Lechon is considered to be the Best-tasting lechon in the country. In Cebu, the local-Cebuanos (seb-WAH-nohs) call it lechon, litson or inasal. You can find the best and tasty Cebu lechon anywhere in Cebu, and also in Car-Car City, or in Talisay City, Cebu, where most of the lechons came from, and the best restaurants serving lechon are CNT, Rico's lechon, and House of lechon.
The Lechon de Cebu- is a young pig stuffed with a secret mix of herbs and spices (usually including star anise, spring onions, lemongrass), skewered on a bamboo pole and roasted whole over hot coals. As the name implies, it's a must while in Cebu. Cebuanos will always say that if the lechon requires sauce, then it's not from Cebu. The famous Cebu lechon claims to be independent of sauce due to its luscious flavors purely enhanced by the seasoning and spices used. Its skin is crispy golden-red and its meat is tender. Cebu lechon is distinctive due to the mixture of herbs and spices used to marinate the meat, unlike lechon from other parts of the Philippines, which is not known for its crisp crust. This means that Cebu lechon is exceptional and incomparable to the roasted pig from other regions
And Adam the one you ordered is Lechon Kawali. Lechon kawali is a dish of crispy deep-fried pork belly, not roasted over hot coals, is served year-round for special occasions. (Kawali refers to the pan used for frying the pork.)

Being from a Casino state in the USA. In order to always come out a winner when leaving the casino, whatever the amount of money you are willing to spend going in. Take half of that money and don't spend it and you will always be the winner, coming out. Casinos are "not" in business because they lose money, remember that!

Really nice hotel, room looked clean and spacious , airy and modern. The room view was very nice and the breakfast looked delicious and plentiful. Sai was able to be Sai bed review and her breakfast selection of food and eyes told it all. Adam great video and great choice of hotel. Sai at the end appeared to be very happy with the food section and a bit full. Enjoy your trip and can't wait for the next video.
You should try the h2o hotel in manila. Its quite nice with the big aquarium

Your Starbuck's drink in my country USA is $4.75 USD. All the food looks absolutely delicious! Your hotel room very nice and modernized. Sai, your cuteness & innocents makes the video! I understand the business style vs. nature style resorts, but it's nice you show us the variety of places. In my country (USA - NJ) we have more of the modernized Hotel Casino style, but I would prefer Nature styles hand down!

I stayed in that exact room! Last year , Nustar is very nice, slots are very nice, had much better luck at the casinos in Manilla. I just wish other parts of Cebu they would clean up . Fanstastic people though.

Cool to see you guys again. I used to watch your channel and enjoyed it in the old days but it seems it's gone way too luxurious for me now. (I'm a small-time vlogger and non-luxury traveler).
As it happens I've been in Cebu city for the past 3+ months and I suggest you've picked a very uninteresting starting point for a traveler to stay. Yes it's a beautiful modern luxurious hotel but it's far from any life in Cebu. It's attached to an overpriced, luxury (mostly empty) mall and a casino. That area (Il Corso, SRP) is being developed but still a long way to go to have any life (except SM Seaside - large complete mall). You should head to Ayala Mall - some nice hotels in various budgets (Holiday Inn/Seda, Quest, Red Planet/Hop Inn - in decreasing price order but all well located for Ayala Mall) around there and much more "real" life. Many condos in the area also ... Alcoves, Solinea, Grand Cenia etc. - some allow short-term rentals.
Personally I've chosen to move to Mactan Newtown on Mactan island - about 45+ minutes (~400 pesos in taxi) from Ayala.

We stayed in Hop inn, it’s a great little hotel and was convenient being walking distance to Ayala mall.

expensive and over rated, i have been to better hotel here but did not pay that much.
I was in Cebu city three weeks ago, i really diddent like it people are very friendly but i diddent like the vibe and it needs a massive clean up went to el nido afterwards and stayed at the Famous Mare MegMeg hotel and had the time of our lives
