For the one with the cramps during running, I have a slight tweak! I always get side stitch when running for long (aka a bad cramp in your side) so to get rid of that, breathe out when the foot of the opposite side of the cramp hits the ground. For example, if you have a cramp on your left side, breathe out when your right foot hits the ground. It works slowly but it does work for me always! It's a life saver
