Larissa, I watched some of your videos. My heart is with you as I am sharing similar pain. You deal with it from already 4 years and it actually sounds depressing even others say "there is hope" You manage so well despite and I am glad you are so brave and make the videos so more people will have an idea what FND is. I have been diagnosed with FND 11 months ago what changed my life for worse. Unfortunately, my FND affects almost all body functions and never know what to expect in the next day, hour and minute. Struggle every day living in UK where the common word is "wait" for kind of "help" that no one knows how to help you or even try to understand what you are going through. Lots of love xxx
I have involuntary head movements and am terrified of going to the dentist - feel so embarrassed and exhausted by it. You mentioned a 'bobbly head'. Does that affect you at dentist and if so, does anything help you control the head movements? It is good to not feel so alone. I'm past 5 year mark now. X
I have fmd with gait balance and tremor and am surprised to hear someone explaining the eyes jumping yours is back and forth but mine feel like they are jumping in my head and the fatigue comes with it but it freaks me out to and I had mentioned it to a doctor and they looked at me funny so I haven’t mentioned it again even to my eye doctor
You are the expert on you! I'm a medical marvel to my eye doctor... Though I did see a neurologist ophthalmologist, and he was familiar with it as being a part of this condition... Though I think he just believes it psychological in nature for everyone, and we just know that's not the case.

@@TheLarryAndy hope you are doing well this week, my symptoms have been mild the last few days, I'm happy about it, but this disorder has taught me not to get too comfortable. All we can do is live in the present, I don't think about the future too much. Gotta take each day as it comes and remember to rest.

Your videos are helpful sorry yours has been acting up and your worries about this disorder and maintaining your work life are understandable

That's amazing. I saw a Neuro Ophthalmologist who was familiar with the eye movements
How did that go? Did they offer any help or advice? I made an appointment with my eye doctor but can’t get in until February so I am waiting

Has the doctors done testing on your inflammation. You have some slight swelling. My tongue is a little swollen for the past few days.

I still feel like this is autoimmune in nature. It's not severe that it causes organic damage but something is definitely going on.
