If you want a cheap way to baffle it get yourself some perforated 4" drain pipe and shove as much as you can into the tank it doesn't take up much volume and it'll keep it from sloshing.

You can also get a drop axle to reduce you trailer height.. but they are horribly expensive..

Definitely, I have never been a fan of drop axles though. More unnecessary plates and welds on the axle
