- In today's episode I give the viewer the run down from the END of the 2005 season all the way through the 2007 season. It is a 2 hour long show, but I hope you all give it a listen. Enjoy! • MLG Charlotte 2007 - here is VOD from the time span I was talking about!
"You're the reason your team is losing" - I love that. Trash talking was an art back in Halo 2. I loved the original Halo, but with Halo 2 and XBL it revolutionized competitive gaming. I don't think another game will ever come close to the overall experience involved with Halo 2, so listening to a few of your 'thoughts' I get to reminisce and be thankful I got to experience such a great part of competitive gaming history. I played in 7 events in 06-07, which was also my senior year in high school and freshman year in college. What a great fucking time watching the whole scene evolve, especially at an age in my life where beer pong was the other main activity. Oh man, the memories....
7 years later, listened to this on a roadtrip for maybe the 3rd time. It was cool to hop in the delorian and reminisce on the good old days
same, i love listening to this on road trips. gandhi has a great way of presenting his story and there was nothing better as a young kid watching them on TV finally dethroning FB
This was absolutely amazing to listen to.
I was rewatching Dallas from 2010 and it was actually quite funny when T2 and you got in the booth together and Puckett said now this is something I thought i'd never see. Then T2's like "as long as there's no toilet paper" lol

Well I just sat here for 2 hours watching and remembering all those amazing players. It was awesome to hear about the behind the scenes things you talked about. That team was sick. You were so close to winning so many more events.. Fucking SS... jk, but not really
DBZ we were on a side station... Not the main stage. That's like saying no other drink besides red bull is allowed in the venue area.

Scott I feel you on not being able to sleep due to a game. I did the same thing with Counter-strike 1.6 in 2007 (while trying to use Halo 2 as my break game... which made it worse.) I used to run maps and plays in my sleep to the point where I used to wake up with my hands twitching like I was in front of my computer. Awesome recap though, I remember watching all of it go down, still some of the best Halo events I've ever watched.
this is epic, saw the 2hrs though il watch the first 10mins and then close it. Ended up watching the whole thing. One comment you made about not needing down time from halo 2 because you didnt get sick of it was so true.
I played halo 2 heaps in the australian competitive community but only play throw down/hardcore with some local mates every so often for halo 3/reach/4 because i get sick of them so quick.

Ahh. Back when i managed to get into clan that was full of pros and played FF midship customs all night with them for practice. i was so invested into halo 2 online.
this is the best video on youtube i agree with your views on Family > Money and this was a great refresher course on these years of my life your descriptions helped me to piece together thoughts and puzzles of memories I thought I had forgotten... turns out you never really forget anything you go through you just need someone close enough to remind you of a few details then the mental picture starts to reappear.. thank u so much for this video Scott..

Anyone know where we can find the USA network episodes and the VoD. Every time I click a link on MLG it just takes me to their ridiculous Starcraft Stream. Mr.GlobalHD is keeping me occupied for now but he doesn't have all of the series that the VoD has.
