So I’m here depressed trying to fight it and I recently got black butterfly stickers because I have a thyroid condition (been fighting my thyroid Hashimoto’s disease my whole life I just turned 28)the butterfly gland of the body is the thyroid and we (me and my grandma)call it my butterfly my black butterfly because it’s full of anger how it hurts non stop Just emotional pain stuck in side and right now I’m just feeling sad and down could be lack of oxygen to my brain but I just feel like I don’t wanna be here anymore and so I was on my Instagram and I searched butterfly And I played this song and it mellowed me out from thinking all my bad thoughts the song truly saved me today it made me feel better how I wish I was a butterfly how I could fly high how many pain can go away how I I can get away from all my troubles and get away from it all. And definitely all the tears that I hide …. I’m definitely lost and it’s been hard trying to find myself again I lost my grandmother to cancer in 2019
She was my everything and I just feel lost without her I’m just lost . I want to make her proud and stay strong and keep fighting my fight. This song really puts me into my emotions and thinking but it also calms me sooo well
