    Just found your channel and gave this a bash as I had a slow roast lamb shoulder for lunch yesterday with plenty of leftovers. Absolutely delicious, the ballance of flavours are perfect. We'll impressed with this dish, I thank you for sharing with us. Needless to say I will now be looking at more of your recipes. 😋👌👍

    I dont really like the taste of lamb, but this recipe looks amazing! What different kind of meat would go well with the rosemary, lemon, garlic and chili? Thanks!

    I love this recipe! It's definitely one of my go to favorites. I'll usually throw in some bashed up fennel seeds as well.
    It was nice to see it showcased here!

    Another great recipe. I love these sort of recipes where you use what you have. Sometimes, like this one, you end up with something divine. The only problem is replicating it as I never have the same leftovers :-)

    Might have been more moist had you added a ladleful of pasta water as it did look a bit dry. Just my opinion.
