So clean for such old transformers, I was in awe. I honestly had to double-take which ones were the old because they seem that high quality. It’s kind of interesting actually how seamless the designers could make organic themed transformers as opposed to the designs of the original autobots/decepticons.
I have to admit that original Tigatron toy look so ugly in it's yellow color. But, it has been almost 30 years, so it does make sense for that toy to yellowing.
The figure he's comparing is to is Ultra sized. A childhood friend of mine had an Optimus Primal and it was much closer in size to the Kingdom version.
@@petergriscom3431 are you talking about the optimus that is a bat that came with megatron that is a aligator in a two pack ? because i have the whole 1996 beast wars collections theres only 4 real relase of it in the U.S. optimus bat... optimus v1 ... optimus tm1 .. optimal primal tm2 ... in japan theres 2 more version the white lion than the mammoth.
When they made the 1996 toy, he was meant to be a King Kong sized gorilla (as stated in the bio), but since the show decided to go in another direction, it makes sense that the new primal would be smaller as well. Especially since the WFC trilogy was focused on scale to help their toys be the definitive (excluding Masterpiece) versions.
It's nice since all the Maximal characters became a lot more show accurate to the cartoon. So for people who care about show accuracy this was a real treat 🥰
I never understood why with all the games they sell, an army would come out of it, instead there are few and why 2 are quite the same tiger and cheetah
No se esforzaron nada en los 90s simplemente las versiones fall Kingdom son infinitamente superiores tanto en su modo animal realusta y en su modo robot

Yah, I agree. Its probably because they werent limited to making the beast mode realistic by any means and just made an awesome figure.
@@PatahrakPlays True good point. They had the ability to scale and shape the animals however necessary I like that
You got me wanting to buy the beast wars reissue toys.
Old tigatron looks like vanilla ice cream
You got me right there he looks like it
That was a fantastic review!
man those were the good old days
I agree, they dont make them like they used to
I miss these toys. Less choking hazards nowadays, less pieces, less movement. These were my favorite

That's right! RatTrap was the easiest one to transform lol

Optimal primal new toy is so small compared to the original release 1996 . Not sure what they were thinking .

It's not a bad thing, it scales better with his other maximals members like in the show

Surprised for the updated Dinobot the Kingdom version was used instead of Buzzworthy.
