      For the question at 19:11, is it correct to say that frame shift of bases could lead to loss of a triplet?

      @@aaronnanoo1887 Hi, it's actually the other way round! So a loss of a triplet would cause a frameshift

    3:25 what are the bases in the left from, please? Are they the coding strand? If so the complementary base sequence is AAA And AAU. Not UUU And UUA. I.e. They code for lys and asn. The ones in table from mRNA which is complementary to coding strand.

      Hi sorry for the confusion. I was saying what the sequences on the left would be if they were mRNA sequences :)
