Wow... just wow! Excellent job once again! You should build a basement house. They are houses where the main floor is very small and unimportant. But the basement is grand and nice. You should try it out some time. 🙂
you should do something with the new items from the update like a daycare (duh!😂) or a remake of the cool pre school

I would like to see a culinary school with a classroom a massive kitchen with the chocolate stations as a pastry section it could also have a restaurant so people could try the trainee chef's new creations and a break room.

How can you have 33 people in the same building? My game just allowes me to have only 5.

I’m not very good at glitching I wish they could be easier but when I look at them wow it fantastic, I just want my sims homes to be unique.
I would love to see a set of 3 or 4 terrace house's like we have in the UK with the patio as the street and small back gardens for the house.

I would love a underwater mermaid house with a pool around all the outer squares of the grid one or two wide and a small build kind of like a cave (as much as possible within the game anyway) that leads to a house underground I think a lot of the ice palace item's could work, I don't know if you can glitch the windows so it looks like your surrounded by the sea or glitch the aquariums behind furniture so it look's like fish are swimming in the sea.
I would like a theme hotel with a bar and restaurant downstairs and each bedroom showing off the different collections of furniture in the game like the Japanese, neo Tokyo, Egyptian, Chinese, ice palace, gothic

Could you add a garage I know you can't put a car in it but with some of the basement décor it would look realistic, also with a small apartment above either as a granny flat or for older kid's back from uni

Overall the build is great. The layout of the building is perfect but the colours you've use are a bit dull. Try to make it more bright and lovely. But its overall fine.
