Good to know, I was thinking of opening a fresh noodle factory or a banchan or mandoo factory.
    I love this channel!!!
I heard vaguely about Bill 9 from Robert Kiyosaki, thanks for the details.
    I feel you lil bro.
We will get through this. Hold on to your property. NESARA GESARA.

I’m very curious about the SB9. Do you know when they will vote on it? Thanks for great content as always!

I realize this the possibility of this bureaucratic way of running mixed use in Hawaii. (IMO, best mix use units that I found are here in El Paso.) I'll consider just a residential home there.

What are the property tax rates in El Paso?

Additional TVU? Would that replace the existing OTAT or TAT? Currently have to pay both for STR. To include GET. Great discussion points. Thanks

I watch this video very helpful! Been searching around trying to find out why nobody ever thought of RV parking/camping as a business... was curious can someone buy property/land at a commercial and make it to where you can park RVs, trailers and other stuff like that ?

If it’s used solely for primary residence, is it still taxed at the business rate? What about if the entire unit is rented out to residential tenants?

Shouldn’t be taxed at the higher rate as long as the tax division has you designated as residential. I’d make sure

Bro I'm on the Island looking for a place to rent and I'm not gonna lie, the options are pretty bad. I'm close to giving up and rethinking my future. I make 160k/yr, work from home, and I'm not seeing anything that's logical for the prices...

Can’t find anything at all or just seems to expensive for what you’re getting?

Bro don’t ever move to San Francisco . The quality of life + the options one can find here for rentals are huge. I was paying $3750 for a studio. I’m now in Waikiki paying $2400 for a 1 bedroom.
160k/yr you should definitely be able to find a quality place to rent and save money. Will the price be logical , now that’s something for you to decide

@@movingtohawaii Honestly for the price, the options are trash. Like really bad. In the best neighborhoods in Georgia or Austin or Phoenix, for 2-3k/month, you can get a brand new 4 bdrm 2.5 bath house with a massive yard. Brand new everything.
In Oahu, 3k-4k gets you a shack with ants, no ac, in a 50-70+ year old "house" that's connected to another house.
