Walaikumassalam. JazakAllah for the appreciation. Yes, you are right, the lights have ACME Bi-Xenon Hid Projectors installed in them. These projectors come with the H4 fitting in the rear. You'll need to open the plastic lenses of the headlights to install these projectors. Once you've installed them, you can cover them with some off the shelf shrouds or make your own. I made my own shrouds because I wanted a different design for my headlights than the ones readily available. I'll soon upload a video of the process showing the modification of the lights in shaa Allah.
@@devilcodm998 I got the projectors through a friend from the US, then got new headlights from the most recent facelift of the alto. I already had good quality ballasts, only had to buy new H1 Xenon bulbs. All in all, these lights cost me around 30k about a year back.
These are custom built lights that I did before the engine swap. I got brand new clear lights from the last facelift of the Alto and installed Acme Bi-Xenon projectors in them and made shrouds with Leds. So I'm afraid they won't be available off the shelf.

Thank you so much for the appreciation. Your query is a very valid one. Normally, this chassis was not designed to take an engine larger than 1000cc engine. In Japan, the 660cc Turbo variant was offered which had more power than the local 1000cc engine but that's about it. However, I have added braces in the body/chassis to reduce flex in it so that it can handle the larger engine. The car is Alhamdulillah handling the increased power very well. Without all the braces, I wouldn't recommend a larger engine in this chassis or any chassis for that matter if the difference in power is a lot, which, in this case is double the amount. Now coming to your question, please share the car that you intend to swap the engine in. If you don't have a car in mind, a ballpark figure on the budget may help. Beautiful work and craftsmanship brother. Mashallah the car speaks for itself 🎉. Swaps like these are what makes these cars so exciting to drive yet again.
From what I can tell looking at the photos of the engine, it appears that it's not very deep which is good news. The intake manifold is also compact so the exhaust manifold can be modified if its needed. It seems like it could fit but you would need a lot of measurements before taking the plunge.
I have taken the car up to 165km/h but the gearing ratios can take the car well above 200km/h especially with the current power to weight ratio. However, I prefer not to take the car up to those speeds, because safety comes first! I will soon share an acceleration video though.
i've seen whole project built & I think Not even in Pakistan Nobody has done What u did with Alto And I Think Nobody has gusts to do so....IMPRESSED...hamare haan aj b desi mechanic or electrician hain jinko kuch nhi ata ulta gari ki band bja dete hain
My main motive of the swap was reliability and fuel economy. Not sure about reliability as its working fine since 4-5 months. But couldn't achieve my desired fuel economy as it gives maximum of 14.5km/L. 😢
@@HassanRaza-y4k1nJazakAllah brother, thank you for the kind words :) Can you please share some more details about the engine and the gearbox that was swapped in your car? Is it a K6 from the same generation of alto or a newer one? And is the transmission a 3 speed auto? If both of these correct, 14.5km/l is actually quite good fuel average. This generation of the engine and the 3 speed transmission is known not to be exceptional in the fuel average department. With a manual gearbox however, you can expect to get around 15-16km/l if everything else is in order. The later generation, alto G2 has a more efficient K6 even though that mostly has a 3 speed auto as well. But the k6 and the 4 speed transmission from a Suzuki Kei would be your best bet. People are known to get around 16-17km/l with that setup. Now coming to the laggy response, the earlier generation K6s with a 3 speed autos were also known for their laggy response, and I've driven a couple of them and I would agree that they're not very quick. If the performance is exceptionally sluggish, you can check a few thing that I'm listing below, 1. Fuel Filter. Generally, when these swaps are done, the fuel pump housing that is used is kabuli and often times, the filters in them are already past their usable life and choked. You could have the fuel filter opened and checked if its choked. 2. Fuel Pump. A choked fuel filter also decreases the performance and lift of the fuel pump. If the filter is choked, it's quite possible that the fuel pump is also weak now, having to pump the fuel through a clogged filter. 3. Check plugs and replace if it wasn't done at the time of the swap. 4. If the engine is equipped with an EGR Valve, cleaning it helps are lot.
Thank you so much brother for the appreciation! Haha yes, I've heard this from a few people who don't understand that if you have a hobby different from the standard ones, it's nothing to look down upon :)

I swapped few cars when engines use to cost 50k and now with prices touching 300k its not affordable any more to do such projects but yes small car you can still do it. In shaa Allah brother, agli videos mukamal Urdu main hon gi. Yeh video kyun ke ban chuki hai to iski language to nahe tabdeel ker sakoon ka laikin agay in shaa Allah zaroor Urdu main banaoon ga.
Brother how is engine performance and overall progress with passage of time?
The performance is really good Alhamdulillah, it fetches great fuel average and performs well too. Overall, the car is proving to be very reliable ma shaa Allah.
Very nicely done I must say. Even though I am not fan of putting honda engine in Suzuki haha but it turned out very well. I swapped few cars when engines use to cost 50k and now with prices touching 300k its not affordable any more to do such projects but yes small car you can still do it. Not only your work is great the fabrication part is amazing. I was wondering if from Plexiglass can we fabricate a LCD frame for Honda SX 8 hmm
Thank you so much for the appreciation brother! JazakAllah. Haha, yes, while the honda swap into a suzuki may feel sacrilegious, it helped achieve what I was after so I went with it.
Yes, with plexiglass, you can fabricate the LCD frame for the SX8. You'll just need accurate measurements for it.
Sir kia hum isi tarha ki modification k Lia apko zehmat de saktay Hain???
Brother, main zaroor apke liye swap kerna chahoon ga laikin abhe kuch time ke liye Pakistan se bahir hoon, wapis aa ke in shaa Allah aap se rabta keroon ga aur plan ker saktay hain swap ko.
its just like seeing wheeler dealer a pakistani version . Excellent.
Thank you much for the appreciation, honored to have it compared to one of the established shows :)

@@malikfaisal4812 thank you very much! in shaa Allah will definitely do.
The craftmanship is insane on this build! Hats off to you my friend. What do you call it now? A Hondzuki? or a Suzonda? :D
Thank you very much for the appreciation! Means a lot! Haha yes, I need to give it a name, Hondzuki it is then! I'll maybe change the logo on the back to say that :D
@@funcariauto hey .. would appreciate it if you could give us a ballpark figure on what the fuel average you're achieving on the Hondzuki. From what I know the L13A achieves a respectable 15ish per liter on the city. Given the now lower weight, I imagine it is slightly higher now?
Awesome zabardast excellent job
Thank you so much for the appreciation! JazakAllah.

Is this for sale
Not at the moment
final review deya jayi
The car is running great Alhamdulillah. Fuel average 18km/l se oopar ki de rahi hai within city and long pe around 20km/l de deti hai. Performance bhe Alhamdulillah achi hai.
Ismain main ne Chinese steering rack daala tha engine swap ke dauraan, woh achi decision nahe thee kyun ke kuch time main uske bushes khatam hogaey aur noise ana shuroo hogai thee. Phir kabuli steering rack dala to woh theek chal raha hai.
