I would LOVE to see more 'cook with me' vlogs and videos! Even if it's new recipes or ones passed down, I would love to see them. I'm a foodie, and it'd be fun to try and recreate your dishes. Plus we know you have good vibes, so it could be like a chit-chat/drink/vibe with me type of vlog. Then, if you're into it, you could plan a meal in advance and we could cook it together on the same day, it'd be like we're sharing a meal. I know it could be easier to post the recipe and ingredients on insta stories leading up to the day.

I felt the same at first! But they teach you and encourage you literally every step of the way. Some studios even have a beginners class that you take prior to jumping in the regular classes

Find books that you love to read. I use to only read Self Help, Motivation books but I started reading romantic books and I read like 3-6 books a month. Also try to listen to them instead of reading that helps. Makes it like a podcast
See and I think that's where I'm headed because the self help/motivational books just aren't doing it for me lately. I feel like with those you have to be really be in the space to deeply be interested. Maybe I need something a lil more fun in my life lol!

this works for me everytime, my sleep schedule automatically shifts to SLEEPING at 5 am and then waking up straight in the afternoon, so what i do is i do noT go to sleep in the morning when my body alarm tells me that it is time to sleep, so then the rest of the day i eat less , think less and do less work & voilaa, i pass through the day which feels heavy and around 8-9 pm my body just start shutting down heavily and omgoodness!! i woke up between 4-5 am easily, but but but, you will get the hang of it after 3 days has passed. PLEASE TRY THIS ONCE.

Books are easy to read when u have interest,not just something to do coz u can easily zoneout and its what keeps u re-reading the same sentence over n over. Interest and the kind of books u in to, is it self help,motivational, romantic, fiction etc

Definitely on this video late haha but if your into romance books Colleen Hoover is definitely a great author she has many books. What I did is a read a few samples on my kindle before I buy the book because I’m the type of person where if I’m not interested in the first few chapters I’m never going to finish, but I really loved her books and I now have 3😂. Definitely check her books out
