Sure it would be interesting ! I 'm on your channel watching all your videos right now. I would like to buy a k75rt ,it's very cheap but needs some work as the fuel pump wich is siezed. At bmw dealer it's very expensive 320 euros ! but it can be replaced by a fuel pump from cars wich is nearly exactly the same. Your channel is interesting and there is a lot of informations. Thank you about that. : )
@@rushtk2112 you have different types of saddles on the K75,,, a normal K75 or a K75 S the saddle comes off completely, but on a RT you can flip it over, this k75 has a RT saddle
Hey there I have a 1990 K75 C and my speedometer was acting up and not working for a few days and then i came outside and tried to ride it and the battery was dead i jumped it it was fine i went for a 2 hour ride then let it sit for about 45 minutes and it was dead again do you have any idea what could be happening could you possibly make a video on how to clean the speedo connection inside the instrument cluster
I have an '87 C. My own speedo would work/not work- typically at less than 25mph. What I did: clean the other end first. At the rear hub, remove the speedo sensor and clean it off; reinsert. Mine worked after that. Of course, the PO (or POS to me) failed to mention that he had reamed out the hex head/Allan bolt for the sensor- so I had to get a bolt extractor kit to get that out; stripped. Kit= $22. New bolt, $1.88. Labor=$0. The other- which I failed to do after taking off the instrument pod, it's back, etc.- was NOT cleaning the connector prongs prior to re-assembling. I didn't know about that- and that fix at the time- because I was chasing another varmint at the time, unrelated. Because I was already "there". The "C" fairing was off, cluster off, etc. IF doing so...while you have the back off the instrument cluster pod- replace all the lightbulbs. Replace the rubber seal. Check all connectors. Because you're already there.
Well I don't gonna replace that filter on short terms , I don't you if you can wait that long I order my parts most of time here, the sell genuine BMW for better prices her at deknalpot.nl

Very well done Dion!! I think you covered all of the main Items.
Ok, throwing this out there to my fellow K brethren, are all the 75's the same in HP/Torque?
in terms of power they are the same be it that there are some differences by emissions requirements, and old and new specimens
Have you ever had problems with the fuel pump ?
No, but I think about to replace a new fuel filter and then I have to take it out and make a video of it if you like
nice bike, and good cal to check battery stats.. thanks
Ok, not true for the 88 75c! The ecm is attached to it. I was ready to start pulling harder since his came out so easy. What year is his?
