This is absolutely breathtaking and captures their romance perfectly. They really were meant for each other. And it means so much to me that the writers took the time to show us why they love each other, instead of relying on the fact that "everyone knows" James and Helen get married to shortcut their relationship. What a beautifully written love story, in every way.

Absolutely captivating superb acting, beautiful scenery, wonderful storylines, British television at its best.
How I fought against watching this series. I'd seen the original show many times, read all the books, and even toured Yorkshire, visiting places featured in the original show(driving from Cardiff).
But I'm so glad I did, as its wonderful. The actors really did the books justice, and made the characters their own. I also get to marvel at the beautiful Yorkshire countryside again.
We bought the series on DVD about a week ago, currently watching Season 2 and we are absolutely in love with it. For me it's the very best TV series ever produced. 🥰
This is a great love story with both parties taking their time to get to know themselves as adults, explore what the larger world may have to offer them, and not fearing love & commitment when they are with the right person at the right time. It's lovely.

Hello Bernice, I've always loved this TV series, it was a staple of my childhood every Sunday, it's a must-see cult series for me. I watched the all episodes of the new version a while back and literally binged it. It's absolutely wonderful, better than the previous version for me. The actors are great and I love Ms Hall who takes such good care of the boys and gives them a nudge in the right direction when needed. "Upstairs Downstairs" was another childhood classic series that I adored. Seems I've had a soft spot for all things British since I was a kid and I had no idea an English rose would be my friend later in life.😀😘
@@GalwayGirl1 pleased you found me Galway, I also never missed a series or an episode of the original or the new, Alan and I loved visiting the villages and locations that they filmed in, I also watched “Upstairs Downstairs” religiously, you probably enjoyed “ Downton Abby “ it was uncanny how we met and instantly hit it off, and then you became the 4th Sassenach member of the hit series “Outlander” I will be watching S7.Ep3.for the 9th.time this evening 😅 can’t resist the firefly sequence or any of it 😘 take care, blessings from the english rose 🥀

@@RMFilmStudios I’m ok. thank you Robbie, I was absolutely blown away by S7.Sam recently said he thought it was the best season so far and I agree, I never thought S1. could be bettered but the magic of Outlander still holds us captivated with its phenomenal cast and crew who give their all in the making of Diana’s mythical Love story, Sam and Cait have excelled themselves again it’s that emotionally charged I’m fast running out of tissues 🥲but then it is ‘Outlander’ 😍cheers enjoy episode 4. 🤗
I've always loved this series and I absolutely love this new version. The characters show more empathy and their feelings and concerns are more in focus. The tender beginning romance between Helen and James ends happily after a few twists and turns and fate sent the thick fog down the Dales just in time 1 day before Helen's wedding. Wonderful edit Robbie, love it very much. 👍👍
