I am Italian and my family has a camper since 2007 and with it we toured almost all of Europe. I don't know about U.S brands but here one of the best is Adria, try to look up their vans, they are way cheaper that that beast, even when fully accessorized with solar panels, good heating, TV and other accessories, they go for 60 to 70 thousand Euros. They are not cheap but they have everything you could need on the go, like a good bathroom with a shower, a more that 100 liters white water tank and an even bigger gray water tank. Usually there is a big bed on the back which leaves spaces for the dogs in the front. Camper vans are not very big, usually they are 5/6.30 meters long and are more discrete than a normal camper.

Nice flying, just a beginner hint. Try to bring the drone down when you get to 3.3 volt ( in bottom left it says "V3.3"). If you discharge the battery more will it decrease the life time and max out put power.
Gene is a lot more fun here than in the Potato Jet channel.. He does not filter here as much as he does on the other channel. Cheers all the way from the Philippines

Practice, and acro is key. I got a buddy of mine flying fpv in 3 days with only DJI system background. I had him hover around LOS first and orientation awareness. Then I put him on a simulator for tricks on his third day. Though he doesn’t have the courage to try gaps yet. He trie to fly 2 pack a day but he can do flips at high altitudes. Now he just needs his own gear lol. It gets quiet expensive, remote, fpv google + module, drone (s) , batteries, charger, tools, and a GoPro for cinematic shots. Unless you just fly it for fun like me.
Gene I do fpv racing a lot and definitely start with a drone kit but when you fall in love with it you’ll save a lot of money making your own drone compared to the pre made ones

Really excited to see you getting started with FPV! This is the way I actually started 3 years and a half ago and how I got completely obsessed. It's hard sometimes but just keep going and you'll see, the reward of flying and getting unbelievable shots is more than worth it
Bro you guys work with LiPo's all the time, just because it's only 300mAh doesn't mean it charges any faster! All cells should be charged around 1C for longevity (.3amp charge rate for 1 hour to fully charge). XOXO, I really want to chill and fly with you Hoonigan's!
Please ditch level mode and get on acro asap🙏🏻 its going to improve everything and make it easier later down the line trust me (and a lot of other fpv pilots out there who say the same)
Flying in level mode is a bad idea if you’re trying to learn how to fly - eventually you’ll want to go to acro mode to get all the cool cinematic shots but level/angle mode will have taught you a LOT of terrible habits
In my opinion, Cinewhoops are a different story on the Acro VS Level debate. I recommend starting with Level indoor, then acro on outdoor and practice both :) For open-space on the outdoors Acro looks best. For indoors or between dense vegetation level gives the necesary accurancy and the ability to easily hover.
I can't imagine how difficult it is to fly that drone. Looking forward to the days when you actually become a pro at flying drones. What's the ultimate drone dream?
I recommened Any new to buy velocidrone simulator it's perfect for pratice and get the feeling for flying fpv. 😊 (your controller might not work but if you going to buy a bigger drone in the near future that controller Will for sure work with velocidrone)

I like to compare flying FPV to playing a musical instrument, the more you practice the better you get at it. Really tough in the beginning. Once you learn though, then the control combinations are infinite. It's also like riding a cycle, once you learn, you can ride one even after 20 years of not riding one. Hope the examples help with what i'm trying to convey.

I like the concept of that mic.. I have a Røde VIdeoME for my phone, where I sometimes would like to be able to interview someone, without having me stand next to them too.. but am I the only one who hears a faint 'hiss' from the forward facing channel on your bi-directional mic?

Gene, those things are pretty hard to fly. Put it in angle mode that will help a bit (but it does build bad habits). The bigger 5 inch is so much easier to fly. Looking forward to the Beta95x build.

If you want to start flying bigger fpv drones, you should start in a simulator. I recommend liftoff, it helps a lot and you don't need to crash your real drone.
Hi Gene i think you should make some videos on da vinci resolve editing software because as if right now it's one of the go to editing software for us beginners - who can't afford premier. I know i sound like they are paying me to say it but all i wanna do is convince my friend that he should spend that yearly subscription money on other equipment that could bring more value on the table. Love the FPV stuff! That’s a great kit too. I’d suggest flying as much as you can in “Acro” mode even though it’s harder. The more you fly in “level” mode the harder it’s gonna be to transition to acro mode in the future because you’ll have to break old habits.
Mate... same here!, its indestructible!!, it flies indoors and outdoors, it can rip in 20km winds (11 knots) no worries - I sprayed conformal coating on mine and now it fly's in the rain! 😂 she's a beauty... all i need now is a 1s battery that last more than a few minutes 😂😂😂
Just ordered some gnb 350mah, and I get about 4 minutes. I've got some 525 mAh gnb's on the way. Im excited to see if that's to heavy to get more flight time.
Would be cool to join a course that teaches us how to grow a channel. On that note, could you throw in tips to make boring or shitty places look cool? It's hard to make your hometown look epic, but so much easier when I'm travelling cos everything just looks new and foreign. I feel like I'm missing something in my thought process.

Hey Gene, Dumb question but i do not see an answer to this question on youtube at all. Can you use a "video light for portraits?" or vice versa? I'm new to Photography and videography but was wondering if something like the 300x can do both, or does Video lights simply don't have a flash function.
Magic bullet leaks when you fill over the fill mark on the container if you don’t fill over this it want leak. Also the pro version of the bullet is far better than the usual bullet much more power a silky smooth smoothies.
Going back to this video cause I finally gave in today and bought the fav kit. I want to start being able to practice flying fpv’s and being able to build one that can carry the GO 2. Also bought the Insta360 Go 2 cause of you. DAMN IT GENE! Making me buy the fox kit and a GO 2🤣😭

You can download Betaflight and change settings on that little drone! You can also practice on a simulator, try Velocidrone on Steam

Gane FPV! You are killing it! Yes you are, 2,7V on lipo is killing it. You should never get below 3.2V or you will damage any lipo.
Vitamix is what we use at restaurants. We use it for everything, soups, sauces, and purée. The best attachment for it is the plunger.
Love my VitaMix. Still going strong after 19 years. I don't use it every day, or even every week, but still, 19+ years is impressive.

that's a crazy good kit. that remote control is quality.

Even use air mode instead of horizon for the meanwhile until moving to acro is streets ahead better.

You should download Velocidrone or Liftoff to practice flying. They're sims that you can use with your controller on your computer

Used to work at Jamba, we only used Vitamix, they are expensive though

vitamix is an industry restaurant standard. thats why the product is expensive, but, the output is stellar

I have the Betafpv 75X version very nice, but the power band is small and I need to smooth out the throttle curve to stop the up/down cycle.

2.5V, he is killing the drone battery 😅 - you should check how to handle lipo batteries, they are not like your normal dji drone batteries!
I keep watching thosse crazy FVP videos on instagram, I am sure it's much harder than it seems but I do wanna try it eventually.

Things have come a long way in the micro drones, might check out the umma 85/95 or the gopro lite from stephen peot
Shure MV88+ has this capability of recording the opposite sides/two persons and the quality is probably much better than rode mic.
