I’ve listened to Richard Tauber from age four and have always loved what only he can do with his wonderful voice, There are numerous superb Tenors, …. But only one Tauber ! Always Exquisite in interpretation “ one feels his voice “

Older now and still love his voice,so musical and thrilling. I believe he is

Marvellous, remember my mother telling me she heard him live in Rotterdam in 1939 ... and as a young boy I always listened to this magic voice on the few 78s discs we had at home and sang along with him. Still do, 75 years on 🙂

RICHARD TAUBER MAY NOT MY FAVORITE SINGER, BUT HE'S THE SINGER I FIND MYSELF LISTENING TO THE MOST. HIS VOICE WAS UNIQUE; STRONG, ROBUST, & FILLED WITH GUSTO.
