I wonder how the doctors feel about thermography instead of mammography? I get a thermogram every other year in order to avoid the radiation involved in typical mammograms.

At 66, my A1C hit 5.8 and my fasting blood glucose is never under 100. I have been in excellent physical condition for years. Eating mostly WFPB for decades.
I just got a CIMT a month ago and it showed soft and calcfied plaque. And my arterial had gone from 36, two years ago, to 46.
Even if you think everything about your lifestyle is extremely healthy, get a CIMT. Its quick and noninvasive.
