I like this theory but I thought the Amengi enslaved the Hish. They started experimenting on them for for matches against each other for gambling until the 1st king rose and overthrew their masters

Okay hold up now wait just a minute. All of this flies directly in the face of well-established canon. Whatever likely tension and hostility may exist now between the Yautja and Engineers, this is definitely not how the Predators came to be. They were originally called the Hish Qu-Ten, a relatively primitive hunting and gathering culture, who were invaded and conquered by a warlike insectoid species known as the Amengi. After centuries of brutal enslavement, a Hish leader named Ka'el led a planet-wide revolt and uprising which violently overthrew the Amengi hegemony, completely wiping out the insectoids and pirating a great deal of their highly advanced technology for themselves. Being no match whatsoever physically to the Hish, any of the few and scattered surviving Amengi were methodically and ruthlessly hunted down, with their remains taken as war trophies. Thus from the ashes was born a new and very formidable warrior civilization, the Yautja, which roughly translates as "hunter/killer". In Earth time, all of these events are estimated to have occurred approximately ten millennia ago.

This takes the saying: what doesn't kill you makes you stronger to whole new level.
Yet another amazing video..... the story is very trilling and has a lot of action in it. The only thing is an image evolution of the yautja before and now. It said they were genetically a mixture of a humanoid. To bring this into the big screen, a brand new image of the origin of the predator to what it is today.
Great concept but what did the Predators look like BEFORE the transformation?? Otherwise, AMAZING concept! We need these ideas put into at LEAST a trilogy!

I don't know much about the engineers, but some say Xenomorphs advantages over humans are their lack of a conscious sense of remorse leading to their survive at all costs mentality.... I propose that the engineers weakness is a jack of emotion that destroyed them... lack of ethical scientific manipulation of life, I wouldn't say their relentless urge to dominate isn't a admiral pride but a fatal unbending envying of any other lifeforms that they cannot subjugate and dominate at their own leisure.

BS. Spider-Man’s Spidey senses would have kept him three seconds ahead of anything the predator could do. Not to mention Spidey would easily be stronger than any Predator. The predator would have easily been destroyed by Spider-Man.
