I was today's year old when I found out that lots of favorite childhood songs were sang by this man. The reason I said this man is because I never heard about him until today. Today I found out he is the son of Kishore Kumar. May be people were comparing him with Kishore Kumar, so he was under-rated. But, I have to tell this he is no less than Kishor Kumar.
The main difference in his and his dad's voice is natural youth. KishoreDa sounded like a youngster even in his late 50's, and that is because of the natural texture of his vocal chords. AmitJi sounds like KishoreDa with an old and slightly choked voice - not completely his fault - just the vocal chords.
