Ingredients (ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳು):
Chicken - 750gms (ಕೋಳಿ - 750 ಗ್ರಾಂ)
Curry leaves - few (ಕರಿಬೇವಿನ ಸೊಪ್ಪು - ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ)
Oil - 3 tbsp (ಎಣ್ಣೆ - 3 ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್)
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp (ಅರಿಶಿಣ - 1/2 ಚಮಚ)
Salt - to taste (ಉಪ್ಪು - ರುಚಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಷ್ಟು)
Vinegar - 1 tbsp (ವೆನಿಗರ್ - 1 ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್)
Curd - 1 cup (ಮೊಸರು - 1 ಕಪ್)
Chilli paste - 1 tbsp (ಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ ಪೇಸ್ಟ್ - 1 ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್)
Chilli powder - 1 tsp (ಮೆಣಸಿನ ಪುಡಿ - 1 ಚಮಚ)
Coriander powder - 1 tsp (ಧನಿಯಾ ಪುಡಿ - 1 ಚಮಚ)
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp (ಗರಂ ಮಸಾಲಾ ಪುಡಿ - 1/2 ಚಮಚ)
Ajinomoto - 1/4 tsp (ಆಜಿನೋಮೋಟೋ - 1/4 ಚಮಚ) (ಐಚ್ಛಿಕ)
Kasuri methi - 1/2 tsp (ಕಸೂರಿ ಮೆಂತೆ - 1/2 ಚಮಚ)
Raw oil - 1 tsp (ಕಚ್ಚಾ ಎಣ್ಣೆ - 1 ಚಮಚ)
Salt - to taste (ಉಪ್ಪು - ರುಚಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಷ್ಟು)
Tips & Tricks:
Marinate the chicken for a longer time to enhance the flavors.
Adjust the amount of vinegar according to your taste preference for tanginess.
Adding raw oil at the end gives an extra sheen and flavor to the dish.
Use fresh curry leaves for a more aromatic experience.
