Should have come to London, i went into Breitlings flagship store on Regent Street, it's so much more formal but really cool at the same time, men in black security at the door, my man wore white gloves while handling the watches, and he wouldn't be so rude as to change the links in front of me 😂, I was given a drinks menu and I enjoyed coffee and 21 year old scotch, was in there 3 hrs, didn't want to leave, couldn't make my mind up but came away with a 46mm superocean in the end and a set of enamel Breitling mugs as a gift. A great experience that I shall remember.
There is where I purchased mine. Hospitality was insane! Bond Street is wicked also.

I think his heart broke a little when he found out they sell one every day. I'm still disappointed that Breitling stopped putting the wings on many of the watches.

7000 is kinda cheap for a Breitling. Enjoy it. But don't expect it to hold value. Watches in general lose value faster than snow in summer time.
Exactly. I did my research and I am going to keep this watch for the next 40-60 years. My first Breitling purchase. Why the heck not, right?! :) To me, this is the point of success as a younger kid, fancy watches! haha. Even though that is not true. ha

Breitlings are not known investment watches. Only the limited editions are walkup their price. Rolex is the move for investment.

yeah, the fact that they told this guy it's an investment is cringe. No watch is an investment. Occasionally watches increase in value, but that's definitely the exception, not the rule. Unfortunately with Breitling their watches lose 20-30% the second you buy them from an AD.
I have to two comments to make:
Is it ok that a watch gets that hot? I wouldn’t want my movement to get quite that hot.
I would’ve liked the registration to be done in front of me. The electronic card just gets dropped into a device which connects over WiFi and automatically registers the watch. It’s my favourite part of the purchase.
Anyway, enjoy your watch. It’s really really nice.

Beautiful watch, but I'd be pretty upset if they steamed my new watch. They might be water resistant, but the seals are not made to be exposed to hot water or steam. It will tell you right in the manual to never go into a hot tub or sauna with any watch.

Hope it last longer than my new Breitling Navitimer 46mm. It's now less than 11 months old and been back to Breitling twice. First it gained at least 10 Min: a day. Now the wind button doesn't work. So, it's back again. There are some other small problems, but I have lived with those. It's my second Breitling the first one well serviced still keeps perfect time. Would I get another Breitling well NO. I like it's a timeless watch you said. You know why it's timeless well you can never wear it as it's back being repaired every 6 months. So, can never wear out.
there are lemons from every brand unfortunately. How they handle it is the key.
@@Pepsiaddicto I'll tell you how they handle any problems. They send an email and say how sorry they are for your problems, request the watch No: and that's it. Nothing further. In a word a dead loss. By the way sill waiting for my watch to be returned. With a bit of luck Might be by end of Feb: Conclusion would I ever Recommend or Buy another Breitling watch??? Not on your life.

@@Pepsiaddicto The new Navitimer is my second Breitling. The first one some 15+ years old works fine, almost spot on time wise. Has had 3 services in the time. Very pleased with it. But this one has been nothing but a big problem. Once back I will sell it ASAP. OK I Will lose monies, but better than a watch that's about useless. And keeps having to go back for repairs. Sorry to say I think Breitling quality has gone down the pan.

Funny seeing this video, used to go in all the time myself but never pulled the trigger. I ended up buying two Breitling’s but from elsewhere. I did buy a strap for my Avenger from them as well as a few other things. Nice people. BTW most of the times I went in they were giving the Wolf winder free of charge with a watch purchase.

Dudes like this are EXACTLY why Breitling is not a respected brand anymore. Breitling caters to douchie white guys in their mid 30s who still go to clubs to "pick up chicks" and make vlogs bragging about buying a 7K dollar watch. This dude probably watches Wolf of Wall Street every day and thinks he relates to Jordan Belfort. This is why Omega, Rolex, Grand Seiko, Tudor, Patek Phillipe, etc, will always rule the luxury watch game. Because they cater to people who actually appreciate watches and the art of horology. Breitling will continue to sell to douchbags who peaked in their frat years and still play beer pong.

@@johngear5747 if you’re just talking design yes I agree their new designs below 44 mm are not good. I had a 2020 avenger hurricane which was an amazing watch. Also losing the anchor and wings was a bad decision.
