Yup I couldn't agree more! Would recommend it for anybody new to saltwater who just wants some bites or somebody on a time crunch looking for action, otherwise it's a tough time weeding through the bait stealers.
I have an idea that you may have already done, but I don't think so. Have you ever tried the Almost Alive brand soft plastic fiddler crabs? Very reasonably priced compared to other artificial crabs at $1.50 each all in max. There are 2 sizes and the website is a bit hard to navigate. Just a thought. I enjoyed the video.
These are Palmyth brand gloves, can be found on Amazon for about $15. I can't say they're a very "good" pair, but they're as durable as more expensive brands in my experience. None last more than a season or 2 for me...
Unfortunately, it seems the best inshore live bait you can get your hands on here in southeast Louisiana is live shrimp. So I feel you, if you’re in a good spot, the shrimp really produce, if not, your money is leaving you quickly at 45 cents a pop! 😂
Hey! Yes I have near constant rudder problems, I actually briefly mentioned it a couple videos back. I keep having to swap my rudder cable out. Currently I'm using weed whacker cord and that seems to be working so far haha

I can never find good ones for free, and they die pretty quick in a lot of cases. I love em, but I use mullet way more

Good video bud you should try using shrimp together with fish bites that's how I catch my drum
Great stuff! Live shrimp on the bottom can be problematic. Better to use under a float. Cut mullet on bottom helps with bait stealers IMHO.
Good bait for kids to use. Lots of action, otherwise I agree, too many bait stealers.
