I did not see the reader icon, then quick search and found that command+shift+r does the trick.... Thanks @Macworld
This is not blocking it's simply just pushing them away! Yes #ads can be annoying and cause a bad User Experience(UX) but the main goal should be to reduce tracking and eye balls on your online activities!
Reader Mode will get you thru pay wall too.
