Absolutely love the products of Zeal. I mostly play prog metal and I'm a major geard nerd, constantly looking for the best qualitiy availlable. I have played almost all the major brands associated with my style of music in the last years: Strandberg, Blackmachine, Mayonnes, RAN, Musicman you name it. After I played one of Bastians 7-strings I had to buy it. I have sold almost all other guitars and have another 6 string on the way now and it's probably not the last Zeal guitar. My 7-string sounds insane, the quality is impeccable and this guitar has by far the best sustain I have ever experienced on a swamp ash guitar. Well worth the price.
The Zeal shape Tele/Strat body is totally refreshing. Different without needless excess!!!! stunning!!!

exactly...why pay so much for a guitar from a guy no one knows who happens to call himself a "master builder" or sth with the actual instrument offering little to very little spec-wise while at the same time so many quality manufacturers have dropped prices and offer so much more in their high quality models for a fraction of that price
