The thing is with Guild Spy, is that the power is predicated on buying TSMFs and spending actions seeding spies, and that does take work to setup. So there is a barrier, but it does obviously reward a specific playstyle. I don't think it's any worse than worming and doubling everything. Also, other players could fill up the spy spots to block it. Saying that, it probably shouldn't cost 3. Or maybe one must recall the spy for the bump? Should Public Spectacle be in any conversation about powerful/game-winning cards?
I feel like Jessica and Lady Amber are so weak and basically unplayable without extreme good luck. They are so short on resources and easy to get stuck. All other characters are kinda good in some way😢

It's always optional.

The wall break symbol itself says 'May' break the wall, so it can basically be ignored if desired.
