Thank you for this! I've followed all these instructions and successfully installed a newer version of Ruby, rbenv versions shows the new version but I'm still getting the error that "your environment Ruby version, 2.6.8 is outside of the range supported...." when I try to do a theme pull.

I have followed the whole video. at the end I have the system version and the 3.1.2 with the star in front of it, meaning it should be the global version already. Even If I type this version as global, when I check ruby -v, it says that my ruby is 2.6.8 again :(. I don't understand!
