I’m honestly unbelievably grateful for your content as a whole Mo. Being a 19 year old in the UK it’s hard to find likeminded young people with that same passion and drive to improve themselves mentally as well as physically. You’re a great role model for many of us. (Also I’d love to see the 40 minute book review video) keep at it bro! ✌️
I'm glad you mentioned meditation. Any man who wants to improve himself needs to do so physically and mentally. The advice 'go lift' is thrown around but you said it exactly how I've been preaching it at 1:37. Developing knowledge through reading and improving mindfulness is like a 'hack' or cheat code to high performance. Thats exactly the reason why we see that advice so often but chose to ignore it for so many years. I'm so grateful I finally listened and actually tried these self improvement things. Just like a teenage guy who simply cant believe how important lifting is for a man, you just have to put your trust in the advice of the elders.
Hi man, (or your editors, who maybe manage this mail channel by now). I am really grateful for your preachings and the way you keep changing lives. Thank you. DTHTEWYDFLI
TL DR don’t we all buy books with an assumption or a hope that it’s going to be good? I had no knowledge of it being a bestseller either. I was fascinated by David Goggins and his achievements and then I found out he had a book, saw it had good reviews and decided to give it a read. I’m struggling to understand your point
Honestly, Mo. You’ve become my biggest inspiration to achieve my goals in life and ultimately you’re the person that has pushed me to better myself and lead a more fulfilled life! So thank you, man. 🙏🏻
Reading 7 habits of highly effective people at the moment and loving it. Would be interested to see what you took from it, keep the sick content coming mate!
You know Mo is really doing these videos because he loves making them whenever he goes past the 10minute mark and doesn’t add any ads. Keep it up bro, you’re an inspiration to a lot!
Mo you have the biggest influence on my life, ripped me out of a depression hole and helped me find direction in my life thank you so much Mo Samuels I love you bro
This content is mad inspiring and has helped me begin walking first thing in the morning instead of scrolling through social media, read more, and step out of my comfort zone. Please continue this style of content!!
Please upload the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, I'm literally holding it in my hand and am about to start reading it. I would love to see what you took away from the book! Thanks, and awesome video as always Mo
Mo , I Just wanna say thanks ! Cause of you , you have inspired me from your previous video aswell to read a book a month and it has been a life changing experience. Almost Half way with “The Power Of Now” really a outstanding book. Keep Inspiring People all over the world Mo. You’re a True G ! Much Love From South Africa 🤘🏻🤍🇿🇦
This is awesome mate. I've been reading ever since I was young but fell out the habit when I started working. Back on it now, reading self-help books - many of which have blown my mind. Changes your whole perspective on life. Will be using some of these tips!
Deff would watch the video. Got into reading self development books this year and want to learn more about this. Friends are making fun of me, saying that i'm overthinking life. Good to see other people on yt and instagram reading more and more as well.
Yo Mo, you inspired me to start reading books. But I think a book you would like is The Rational Male. It's about the intergender relations, talking about how we live in a feminized society and that women use hypergamy. And I think it's a must read for anyone in their 20's. Could be a good book to help improve RET courses.
Awesome vid. I felt like reading so I read half a book and stopped reading. Idk why I don't feel like reading. But in the future I hope I feel like reading.
Amazing video! I love videos like this especially from someone like Mo, cuz he's really relatable. I've been reading a lot more recently but I still can't get up to 1 a week. Really f*cking inspirational tho, I'd love to see more content like this on your channel.
I’d love to see your takings from the 7 habits of highly effective people! I’ve nearly finished it and it’s changed so many facets of my thinking and perspective so I can’t thank you enough for recommending it. I’ve got the motivation manifesto next!
Wow Mo, I am realy happy for that video. With the start of Corona I challenged myself to read a book a week just to clean up the list of books I have and never road. But now I love it more and more and feel better and better every day. So thank you again to push my motivation a little more like always
probably the Ernest Hemingway is the most motivated motivation author and he is not even trying to motivate you, he just write novels about battles and hustles inside of life.
Hey Mo! Can you show us how do you meditate? btw that video really motivated me to start reading books! I think because I dont read them I cant really speek that well... idk I hope that will change some day! Have a great day Mo! ✌️
From my experience and other people I know, when lifting correctly and not crushing your spine under stupid weights, lifting hasn’t affected height nor are there any studies suggesting otherwise too. In fact if anything it has made me taller and the only thing I can put It down to is an increase in testosterone but that is just speculating
@@MoSamuels1 Love it man. I have been watching his content for the past years and it has been relatively uplifting and it has been hard to see someone in such a weird place. You've been another one of those individuals to me and I've followed some of the obstacles you've faced and honestly the mentality that you have has been what has driven me to continue watching your content. Such an intelligent, driven person can achieve much in this world and I am definitely glad to have seen you progress to 100K followers and I will continue to watch and support you until you get the recognition that you deserve from the time and energy you've put towards putting out amazing content.
Reading motivational books doesn't make anyone successful. It's not enough. Correlation is not a causation. Reading motivational books can make you addicted to that 'I'm motivated now' feeling. What perhaps matters more is a high failure tolerance, stress resistance and perseverance. Successful people have failed many times. 80% of startups go under in the first 1-2 years. Read people but read critically, don't fall in that trap of believing that this or that guru's book will motivate you and in result you'll be a success. It doesn't work like that.
