Thank you so much for this video! I had heart issues a couple months ago. Seeing your heart rate #'s gives me a general idea where my HR should be. Obviously everyone has different HR's, but your video is very helpful anyway.
Never listen to those people who think they know it all. My resting heart rate is around 55-67 and my heart rate depending on the time of day and how tired or stressed out I am. Will go to 100-110 at times just from walking or even getting out of bed or a chair. It's perfectly normal. If you have been at rest for some time. Your heart rate will get a lot higher when you start to exert yourself out of rest bc your body is warming up to ready your muscles to achieve the activity you are trying to put them through. All it is is your heart trying to pump more blood to your muscles so they have enough oxygen to achieve the tasks you're trying to do. Waking up in the morning. Both your heart rate and bp will be elevated bc it's the same idea. Your body will need more oxygen to break itself out of sleep inertia. Bc when you sleep. Your body is at complete rest and doesn't need no where near as much oxygen blood to stay in function which Helps your heart and other organs rest from keeping you alive all day. That's why sleep is so important and why you need to make sure you get a full cycle.

But as soon I stand foes to 100, slow walking goes to 110-135 (which I think is too much just for walking) if I jog for a few it goes to 160’s, I’m only 31 years old and I’m sedentary, but I’m trying to improve. Other thing, when I stopp exercise let’s say my heart rate is 130, like in 15 minutes is 100, in 20 minutes is 80. But as soon I stand after resting it goes high to 130 again for like 10 minutes and then start decreasing again, is that normal? Cause I thought if I rested and it was 80, why it has to increase to 130 suddenly just for standing....
Your Heart BPM seems pretty normal especially when you mentioned your level of fitness. Continue working out and your bpm can improve in terms of lowering while at rest and how long it takes to stabilize after workouts. It’s normal for your heart rate to go up when you change positions. Like when you stand up or sit down. It’s what the heart does to make sure you have enough blood. It should go back to normal within a few seconds. If you think your bpm is abnormal or you feel any symptoms talk to your doctor. I’m not a professional but I have battle with heart rate anxiety at the same age it sucks but you will be ok. Good luck.
