- Hello, everyone! Today you have the privilege to join me, Professor Kensington, on an exciting dinosaur excavation adventure! I have in my possession the skeletal remains of a new species of dinosaur--the Tyrannosaurus Minimus. Or is it Miniaturalis? Minimalis? Actually, it is all of the above, as you will soon discover while watching this exciting live broadcast!
(As a warning, this video features a lot of dry scratching, scraping, and brushing sounds. If that isn't your thing, feel free to skip this one.)

This is the most realistic ASMR video I have ever seen. Professor gets help from students, achieves scientific breakthrough, nobody else gets credit. All students fall asleep. :D

Brian Lloyd Well I can imagine her channel would have been huge if she had stuck around. It would have been nice for her to just do a quick update telling her sub's she was ok. I read a lot of comments that she is dead. I'm sure she is fine but to leave her subs is a little careless. I get people get busy but a 5 minute video or just a quick comment even would suffice!! Thanks for the response.

Upon closer examination, I can clearly see a well-developed ASMR cavity at the base of the skull. Therefore, I believe this specimen would actually be classified Tyrannosaurus Venividivulpes.

I hope you are well and happy. You are missed, but life changes over time and understandably that means we can't always continue past hobbies. Maybe ASMR still brings you comfort, even if you haven't been making videos - either way, I wanted to let you know we still think of you :) This video actually got me interested in finding a paleontology-themed dig item like this. It took 9 years(!), but I finally stumbled across one in a small shop along the English coast :D I can't wait to open it, but I also don't want to "waste" or rush it, so I haven't attempted it yet. I've always wondered where you got yours from, as the one I found is kind of a kid version, but I don't care :)

Ha nice, my son got one of these for Christmas. We had a blast chipping and brushing away! Ours was more brick like in shape, though, and stamped Smithsonian. Also, it came with the same stiff brush, but a wooden mallet and dowel as well. We worked our way around the edges inward.
Where can you get one of those? :D
The word paleontologist kinda reminds me of Ross from Friends the TV show :D

This is such an interesting approach for an ASMR video. As wonderful as ever!
The scraping and brushing on the sand had a wonderful effect. My favorite role play videos are the ones that remind me of imagination games I played when I was younger. I loved dinosaurs and wanted to be a paleontologist, so mix that with ASMR, and this was right up my alley!

Everything you do is amazing but this one is by far my favorite. My triggers are primarily visual with sound playing a secondary role. Your careful, considered movements and the wonderful sound combine into a powerful ASMR piece.

The sounds are nice but the amazingness of this video, for me anyhow, is in the visual triggers (the "doing a task" thing, the brushing of the loosened sand, the slow revealing of the model, etc.). It's difficult to find videos that have amazing visual triggers. You totally nailed it. Thanks so much.
OMG! At 40 years old, I just discovered this week that I'm not the only person who becomes entranced by these sorts of stimuli. I can't believe that there are videos here that I can play while I go to sleep. This is so much better than having to wait for my unsuspecting partner to be reading a magazine or typing a paper so I can "curl up for a nap beside him" and get my tingles. It's so funny to me that you did a paleontology video. There have been more times than I can count that I've been able to catch some gently scratchy noise in the background as I go to sleep. Without fail, I visualize a rock wall or monolith and a pair of ownerless hands working with a little pick and a brush.
You did a great job with this video. I am grateful that you put aside your fears of what the unfortunate non-ASMR triggered folks might think and made this video. Thank you for investing your time and yourself. It seems a waste that I haven't been able to stay awake for more than 15 of it so far. :)
