You will have to create a second set of data and add it to the chart "Change Source Data" button.

Hello Mike, I must say that I got some recognition in my company and all credit goes for that to you. I love your videos and your way of teaching. Whatever I've learn till now, is because of you.
I've a small question about the frequency distribution. What if the bin sizes are not fixed, For example, suppose the first bin would be 2 - 3 followed by 3 - 5, 5 -50 and > 50. Currently I'm putting this information in different sheet and pulling the data with the help of vlookup. Kindly advise.

    Try:
    ="This had a percentage of "&TEXT(C5,"0.00%")

Great videos!! They have been a tremendous help! Question: When saying 0 up to 50 doesn't that mean 50 or less? Everything up to 50 (49.9999999999... but NOT including 50).

great video! I have a question? pivot table is so convient to get a chart or table. but since the data i am dealing with is stochastic(every time i run, the data is different) i found that pivot table doesn't change automatically. how can i fix it? or when dealing with stochastic data, we can only use traditional way? thanks so much!!

Hey please do a video on this or guide me here. I NEED TO HAVE DATA ANALYSIS ADD IN first to do this. Suppose you measure the number of minutes it takes an employee to complete a task, where the maximum allowed time is 5 minutes, and each time is rounded to the nearest minute. Data from 130 employees is summarized below. Construct a frequency bar chart and a pie chart from this data. How long did it take most employees to complete the task?
    time: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
    frequency: 15, 30, 45,25, 20

I want to refer to the percentage cell in this way,
    ="This had a percentage of "&C5
but the formatting does not remain as a percentage, it turns it into a decimal. Any ideas how I can keep the format as percentage when referring to the cell?
    Many thanks
