Yeah, you can unglyph holy light to reduce unneccesary healing but we didn't do it for this run. If you do this you also replace your soul preserver with another trinket.
Probably not as I looked at healing output on a scrolling battle text on right. Probably Glyph of Divinity is used instead. EDIT: Glyph of Holy Wrath can be good option too for stunning Nerubian Borrowers (I think it is possible to stun them?) if you feel safe with mana consumption.
