Wait, don't you only get one action per turn? (meaning, some villagers go unused?) Or, can you do as many actions as you have villagers for?

Could Jen have used a bed to heal the guy from injured to exhausted and then used cider to move him from exhausted to ready all in the same turn?

Instead of deciding beforehand for which character you are rolling the dice would it be too problematic to do it Doomrock style roll-all-dice-and-assign-them?

***** could work, but it would remove a lot of the tension of the game and generally make it *much* easier, making exploring overpowered compared to other features of the game, i think

Has the game changed at all since your review? Have they modified key buildings like the ones you talk about at around the 3:30 min mark for example?

I'm not 100% sure, but I haven't seen it so heavily slanted towards building the Key buildings first in any of our plays...and we've played a halfdozen games in 2-player alone. I suspect the Key buildings were tweaked a bit for final product.
