- [4K] A jungle rainforest-like Log Ride in China. This log flume ride feels like you are going through an urban jungle as there are a lot of weeds and grass everywhere. This ride is located at Window of the World Theme Park in Shenzhen, China.
Video filmed April 4, 2019 at Window of the World Theme Park in Shenzhen China.
I liked everything about it, very serene with beautiful plants all over the place. But seeing the out of order log carts in the workshop killed the whole mood.
I love seeing a bit of behind the scenes.
At first I thought it was part of the scenery...
You know, like those are the "malfunctioning" ones and your ride suddenly goes faster...
@@buggart it's the workshop area where they can take boats on or off
That totally didn't affect my experience.
I thought it was dope
"Sir, I think our tiger animatronic has broken down"
"We have no tiger animatronic..."
watch out when the tiger animatronic goes haywire 🐅
What tiger animatronic lol
It looks beautiful and relaxing, not creepy at all.
My thoughts

This looks like it could be a stage of purgatory...
Yes
I can't tell if this post is sarcastic or thoughtful because to me I feel like I would want a refund.
This place will make a great abandoned places video in a few years.
why?
MrFantasic7 i cant-
The maintenance sucks! That log looked terrible as did a lot of the rocks
Everything might be an abandoned place in a few more years.
Andreas Delleske yikes
Though kinda crude, the theming of the plants, waterways, rockwork, etc. all really feel like an actual jungle river. especially that massive waterfall you ride over, genius.
I really wish more flume rides were built like this. The scenery is gorgeous
it actually doesnt look bad at all, just needs a bit of upkeep and a few things to look at but I actually wouldnt mind riding this
I like it
@@souffle01 im guessing Timber mountain log ride at knotts is cheesy for having themed elements that go with the rides layout? dont see anything wrong with what I suggested. you may hate it but others would love to see alittle more.
rexrabbiteer The timber theme at Knott’s works because that’s the theme of the ride. So riding a log through the saw mill is perfect before the ride gets even better. I would love to ride this one. It seemed very peaceful and serene. An early part of it reminded me of a scaled down drive on I-70 through Glenwood Canyon. Even the buildings in the distance lend a theme to this ride. “Civilization encroaching on the jungle.”
I ridden on this before, and I wouldn't mind riding it again.
It's really lovely!
"Oh wow, look at the scenery it gives the illusion of the jungle" *towering apartment buildings in the background just stare at you*
The fact that they give the illusion of being in some fantastical jungle river while being in a city park is VERY impressive. Or, can you give me a better example?
Its pretty realistic. They even have authentic jungle cameras.
@@timothybarela1305 lmaoo
I love that during the cave part, the ONLY thing illuminated is the grimy service exit and concrete stairs. They go out of their way to take you out of the illusion lol
I love that it seems so natural but also so industrial. The bit with the waterfall and the buildings in the back was kinda beautiful but then ride was bizarre! Having all those disused boats just piled up in sight of guests and the boat itself looks like it’s falling apart. Then when it went into the dark I actually felt a bit scared 😂 and that massive drop!!
I like the way they make the landscape. Nice to hear nothing but the sound of running water, the sound from the ride's impact, and the sound of birds. No loud music.
Most beautiful and peaceful flume ride ever! Lovely! :)
It actually looked like real rock formations. Very relaxing and enjoyable.
I have a video of me and my friends going down the big drop on this ride during a field trip, it’s actually a great park and I suggest visiting it. It has replicas of many different things from around the world like the pyramids and Mount Rushmore and they are really well made! Though the log flume might look a bit old, it’s still really well made in my opinion.
My friends
By far the best log ride I have ever seen thus far!!! It was a nice little escape. Thank you for sharing!
This actually looked quite relaxing. Good ride for younger kids to get them transitioned to roller coasters when they get a bit older!
Nice video!
PURPLE MAMA um those death traps that people could DIE on!?
Alli Does Gacha they’re actually pretty safe.
@@nozominous2956 there pretty safe as long as you follow the damn rules and everything and if u have any health or heart problems don’t get on the damn ride
Not me being dramatic 1 year ago
@@nozominous2956this comment is 1 ur old
This is really pretty. They did an amazing job on the landscaping, despite it being in a city! For a log flume, this has some of he best scenery I’ve seen, most rides of this type are bright blue or green, and do nothing more than build up the drop.
I would ride this a couple more times just to relax and look at the scenery more lool
Looks very nice! I'm not really a fan of log flumes, but this has such beautiful scenery! I wish there was a world where everything was this peaceful and scenic.
Log Flume or Scenic Cruise?
Scenic cruise but the boat needs a bit of a clean
That was unexpectedly long and gorgeous!
Woah this looks awesome! I love the lay out, it feels so spread out, it's a whole journey
I wouldn't call it "creepy" and other than the buildings you see at times, it looked more like a rain forest than an urban jungle to me. The boats were in bad shape and needed repainting, but that was really all I noticed.
I went on this ride one time in 2010. Back then there was way less plants.
This is some gorgeous scenery!
I think that was the shortest drop I’ve ever seen! As somebody who prefers small thrills with TONS of aesthetics, this looks like fun! Except for those obviously piled up log carts, way to ruin the immersion 😑
Thought the same thing, but this isn't Disney or Universal so, ya, but it wouldn't have hurt to build a split track they could change to make broken or damaged logs go down to a repair shop away from the ride, but it is kinda funny too so, kinda even.
Blue Porl..hi
Guess a curtain was too high tech.
The high-rise buildings at 3:03 didn't kill it for you?
@@cleanwater3180 not even. make it even simpler....have the logs be removed a certain way but have a “hidden” door that looks like it’s part of the scene. When they are taking logs out they just have to open it and close it before guests get back in. I say door and hidden in very loose terms. A curtain and having it look like a decorative hut would have done the trick to be honest.
I lived in Hong Kong for almost six years and never visited Window on the World. Now I wish I had. It's a cool ride with a few surprised along the way. And a five-minute ride, too! Log flume rides in the US don't last anywhere nearly as long.
Everything about the ride looks incredibly run down
But that also lends it this unintended but gorgeous rustic aesthetic when I saw that shot from the top of the waterfall I fell in love with this ride’s layout.
all of that and the drop was as long as the boat lol.
Adam Kirk yeah, it was very underwhelming considering there were 2 lift hills on what is otherwise a really simplistic ride.
I love log flumes ever since I went on one with my mother all those years ago. they have a special place in my heart.
Ride attendant- "Kill me"
Creepy? More like beautiful. Natural scenery isn’t appreciated too much in theme parks. This is a good example of a ride that was gorgeous without the need for building anything excessive, other than what nature provided.
All this ride really needs is some better lighting in the caves, some polishing around the dirtier areas, and for the log flume cars to look less trashy. Maybe that ride operator could put a smile on his face, too.
EDIT: Oh ok lmao. The video title was originally named “Creepy Log Ride In China” but it looks like enough people complained that the uploader removed the word creepy. Carry on 👏
the most uneventful ride I've ever seen... peaceful view and scene though, except for those obnoxiously piled and half-heartedly maintained log cart
That log feels like it could tip over at any second and it gives me anxiety
If I went on this I think that I would probably fall asleep because of how relaxing it is 😂🥑🦋
Nice ride to take a nap! Very soothing until the drop, WAKE UP!
一人で考え事をするのに向いていそうなアトラクションですね!
Surprisingly, China's always been a master at intensive theming. This ride looks stunningly gorgeous and I hope I get to ride it some day. Beautiful.
Wow no cheap statues or garish cardboard cutouts of cartoon characters.
Yeah, just nature lol 🌳🍃🌲🌱🌿
this was very relaxing to watch. Quiet with the only sound being water = paradise
Best looking log flume I've seen.
That actually looks like a great ride with no animated bunnies or other animals, the snakes and rats are all real! I would not hesitate to go on this ride. Really cool.
It is actually a scenic and beautiful flume ride. Just need to conceal the views of the skyline with more shrubbery and tress so it may feel more like an authentic jungle setting
Most beautifully themed log flume.
The condition of the logs are pretty scary on their own!
It's beautiful and relaxing, I liked it
this ride has a really nice aesthetic I love it
This is my kind of ride. Plus very beautiful scenery.
Thanks for upload! I was looking this for a long time but no one uploads it
Most beautiful zumba flume I've ever seen.
Nice ride I loved the scenery!
"Log Flume Ride looks too intense for me!"
KW Choo Adventures Classic 🎢
No kidding. I'd totally get a panic attack there...
Totally awesome! That ride was booking! So neat to get to see this!
Wow, it's a very good theme park to visit for kids...scaray in dark... On boating.. good want to go over there..thanks for sharing
Peaceful log flume
But for a fun experience
Go to Rainbows end in New Zealand/auckland
Your videos are amazing! Thank you for taking the time to post them with such care and thought. May I ask what camera your using to record? It's absolutely amazing!
The person that went on this is *soooo* smart !!! I never thought of bringing a rain coat on a log ride that gets u wet !
This is one AMAZING log ride! WOW!
Nice, a fast moving flume ride!
Looks like such a calm, beautiful ride
いやぁー…色んな意味で凄いな
For some reason I find this super peaceful
Such a beautiful sight of the jungle! Very nicely done 👍
A peaceful log flume with beautiful scenery, good idea, why does it have to be thrilling. And it's not boring at all.
WOW CHINA 🌏😃😄.THIS WAS COOL🤤😃😃😃. THANKS GUYS FOR TAKEN US ALONG. I LOVED IT! 😍. looked SCARY for a second but then SUPER COOL 😎. MUCH LOVE from Florida Belinda Long 😁
Wow! What views!! And it's so peaceful and pretty

Soo beautiful... You will realy have peaceful ride over there..
Scenery around it is awesome...nd a good place for holiday spot... isn't it?
LOVE 💗 this channel!! Not only for the content. The clever commentary is such a bonus!!
It Looks very nice and friendly!
No dumb decorations just wonderful views and trees
I love the scenery and how it's not another bumpy thrill ride.
This looks like a low-key fantastic ride!
Beautiful scenic ride!
The ride vehicles look like they'll capsize at any moment, the water will give you hepatitis, there's more concrete than the Hoover dam, yet somehow this ride has undeniable visual appeal and I keep coming back to this video.
I love the elaborate brickwork and heavy landscaping! However, the tropical illusion is shattered by the maintenance areas and, most of all, the impossible to ignore HIGH-RISES!!!
I was expecting typical "China quality" but im really impressed.
What does "China Quality" mean?
@@chrismobile422 Chinese products are often seen as cheap knockoff's or simply unsafe due to lax regulations.
wow...that was beautifully themed. What a view from the waterfall part
Beautiful ride.. quiet and peaceful.
Best scenery for a ride ever imo
This is so weird. Everything about this ride looks so wrong it’s actually really interesting. Why am I feeling so complex about a ride vid? Nice job filming btw 😊
Ikr!
Beautiful and serene!
The scenery is so beautiful
That's a long as lot ride 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Thank you for the video. As much as I love my major theme parks, I love the sweet and intimate parks that always seem “mom and pop” owned. The ride looks like it needs a little LTC, but it still has a very nice aesthetic.
Beautiful theming and landscaping
Wow talk about a very beautiful ride this was like a asmr realxing video great job love your videos
Me: it’s so calm and peaceful, I’m liking this
Also me: starts to scream like crazy when you drop down
Excellent awesome I love those kind of rides thank you.
Hay this looks like loggers leap my favourite ride of all time it's shut down now but to see a ride that looks like it brilliant
"We're on a log flume. We're on a log flume."
Looks like a nice ride for a nap
It's a beautiful park, landscape-wise.
Nice. This is one of those rides that could be much longer within it own parameters. Thank You.
What a place man
Most beautiful and amazing ride
Wow! That was so beautiful and relaxing
There's something romantic about it... I like that its quiet and peaceful. It doesn't need much to be enjoyable. If I was with a loved one riding this, it would be a sweet moment.
First time I’ve seen this very well themed
This is not your usual log ride. Great foliage and theming. Really like this ride 😊speed is great also. Thanks.😊
