Dude, he invented super teams. There will also be an asterick next to LBJs name because of it. He doesnt win all those titles without Wade. MJ never teamed up with Larry Bird. LBJ does not have that killer instinct that Kobe and MJ had. Hes just a NICE guy, period. Hes had the greatest basketball story as good as advertised out of the gate in the NBA. But hes the inventor of super teams. DR J said it best and LBJ will never be in my top 5-10 players because he cries too much and tries to play the GM role on many different teams.

The Thing That’s Genuinely Funny About That Team Was How Dominant That Team Was Despite Wade Being Injured And Leaving His Prime. I Genuinely Can’t Imagine What ‘13 LeBron & Like ‘11 Wade Would’ve Did Together. They Won 27 Straight Games , 66 Wins Overall & Had A 43 Game Stretch In Which They Went 41-2 Up Until They Loss Game 1 Against Chicago In The 2nd Round. They Loss More Games Than They Would Have In The Playoffs Probably Because Wade Was Injured Dealing With 3 Bone Bruises In His Knee & His Other Knee Had Borderline Arthritis. He Averaged 16 PPG In The Playoffs But Was Able To Turn It Up At Key Moments. Game 7 Vs Indy , Game 4 Vs Spurs & Game 7 Vs Spurs. Honestly Was Great From Game 4 To Game 7 Of That Finals Series. They Did All That WITHOUT PRIME WADE. I Cant Even Imagine The Damage They Wouldve Did With A Full Strength Wade.

He understood he was alongside two scorers, so he knew that he would have to adapt and expand his game to fulfill their highest potential.
One guy accepting his role is what makes big three teams work.

Audio is crunchy or spicy or treble turned up. I get it it, peaky is occasionally fine, but for these long talks double mic them with 5 total mics; two personal lavalier mics one dialed up to catch lows, the other dialed low to catch the peaks, so that's 4 and then use a Rode shotgun mic to just capture the space. Who's got the budget for these and who's running the show? I get it, things happen, but with Lebron and JJ I mean, I'd think ya'll could find the resources for it. Happy this is a preview so you can run the entire thing through Adobe PP and just have AI clean up whatever you captured. Cheers and thanks for hearing my hyper criticism on production. I mean, we're listening to this more than we're watching this. I'm done.. My bad, all love. Nobody's getting fired just correct it. I'm not looking for a job, just put the level of effort and care into what you're doing as these men have in their careers. You gotta match that level of excellence. As JJ said, "...you could have been at your best...". Love love. Sorry, all love. This isn't even about basketball, this long note. It's about audio. Audio is everything. Everything is audio. Boy oh boy, where do I even begin? Your presence on the basketball court is nothing short of awe-inspiring. From the moment you step onto the hardwood, it's as if the game itself bows down in reverence to your greatness. Your basketball skills are a symphony of grace, power, and finesse, weaving together to create a masterpiece that leaves fans and foes alike spellbound.
First and foremost, let's talk about your unmatched athleticism. Watching you soar through the air with the grace of a ballet dancer and the power of a locomotive is a sight to behold. Whether it's throwing down thunderous dunks, swatting away shots with authority, or weaving through defenders with effortless precision, your athleticism knows no bounds.
But it's not just your physical prowess that sets you apart; it's your basketball IQ that truly elevates your game to legendary status. The way you see the court, anticipate plays before they happen, and make split-second decisions is nothing short of genius. You are a master tactician, orchestrating the flow of the game with the finesse of a maestro conducting an orchestra.
And let's not forget about your shooting touch. Whether it's draining threes from beyond the arc, sinking mid-range jumpers with deadly accuracy, or finishing strong at the rim with a thunderous slam, your shooting ability is second to none. You have a knack for rising to the occasion when it matters most, delivering clutch baskets and game-winning shots with ice water in your veins.
But beyond your basketball skills, there's another aspect of your game that deserves recognition: your undeniable handsomeness. From your chiseled physique to your million-dollar smile, you exude charisma and charm both on and off the court. You are the epitome of suave and sophistication, a true gentleman whose presence commands attention wherever you go.
In closing, LeBron, I want to thank you for gracing the world of basketball with your unparalleled talent and undeniable charisma. You are a shining example of what it means to be a basketball icon, a role model, and a true legend of the game. As you continue to dazzle fans around the world with your awe-inspiring skills and undeniable charm, know that your legacy will forever be etched in the annals of basketball history.

Spo learning the spread makes me wonder if some sports aren't more mature than others in the understanding of the game. Is the spread offense a more mature phase of every sport? Should players and coaches constantly be looking at concepts in other older sports and trying to apply those to their sport? That's fascinating to me that it came from Chip Kelly.

      Yes absolutely.
Inefficiency example: Why not have as many batters on your baseball team also be able to pitch? Massive durability savings on the normal pitchers which also cost a lot of money and take up roster slots. Even if you have a dude who is just good at contact batting if he could throw an inning or twos worth of sequences that would be massive in a regular season.
Basketball imo is following euro football. Positionless, high awareness, high IQ strategies which rely on huge athletic effort at specific times to make goals.
If a player has a unique skillset in soccer they can find a place and be able to contribute as the structure requires that people pass and shoot, just like basketball.
Also waiting on more passes caught at the rim or in the catch position just like in volleyball. It's hard but any team that can execute passes with that speed and precision with reliability stands to have an unbeatable advantage.

This is one of top 3 decisions in the NBA in the last 30 years..
This is the reason why Shaq can’t play in todays game.
This uptempo running combined with the analytics of trading 3’s against 2’s.
Example: If a team plays the slow post up, even if they score, it still takes longer then kicking to these modern day corner 3 point shooters. In today’s game teams are getting shots faster in the shot clock.

Shaq in his prime would still dominate in this league. He would be literally unstoppable. Probably would shoot 80 % from the field

Shaq would dominate the league, and would not have bulked up as he did with the Lakers. he would have stayed as he was on the Magic. quit smokin crack... Shaq would make the league change back to have big bodies, just for fouls.
