Thanks Lee. I know I've been a little slow with content of late. I certainly have a few plans. Going to go over some component break downs. Anything in mind you would like to see?

Sounds good, is there any chance you could make a video explaining sinking and sourcing I/O cards? I’ve been trying to get my head around that recently. What sort of component breakdowns were you thinking of doing?

I’d also be really interested in learning how to tune PID controllers and be able to understand PID control fully if that’s something you’re able to do?

Sinking and sourcing input cards depends on the model of PLC you are using. Some input cards have Switches to change modes, other manufacturers do it via software. The input card is doing the same thing it just depends where the voltage is sourced from. If a card is source then it can power the 24v directly from the card terminals. A sinked input requires the loop to be powered from an external power supply. I plan on doing a playing with PLC basics in the future so maybe that would help.

I certainly can. It's something I have a fair bit of experience with and know some really simple ways to explain it that I have used with colleagues. I'll definitely keep this in mind for my future videos Lee.

Nice video. Please for all your videos, manually upload english subtitles.
I'm finding it difficult keeping track with the auto-generated subtitles.
    Thanks.

Hi there Bitebo. Thanks for watching my videos and joining as a member. Sorry you are struggling with the auto generated subtitles. What are the videos you are watching at the moment?. It takes me a little time to write subtitles but If its helping members out I don't mind and I would rather prioritise the ones you need information from first. Thanks again.

@@InstrumentationControl At the risk of asking too much, I would want manual subtitles for all your 25 videos and subsequent ones to come.

I'll start working through them, you will have to bear with me though as I am also working on new content too :)
