Very Informative! Very helpful to those technicians that cannot afford trainings with fees and to those who dont have time to train because of full time work
Great videos! My background is more equipment maintenance (production environment) but for the past couple of years I've been working in a plant services/facilities role for a large semiconductor manufacturer. I'm finding content like this very useful as I gain more experience with instrumentation & process control. Please keep producing these videos!
Just started watching as a recap. Been 4 years since I took I+C in college and I have a interview test next week for an apprenticeship position. Great content!!! Thanks for all the work you put into these series. Cheers!!
@@InstrumentationControl Just as an update; I prepared for my technical test by watching your series of videos. Did the test and the interview and got the Job, moving in 2 weeks!!! Thanks again!
Make an instrument loop diagram for the transmitters as follows: 1 pressure transmitter 1 temperature transmitter The instrument loop diagram shall show the connection of the transmitters both in the FIELD ( where the transmitters are exposed to the process line) and in the MARSHALLING CABINET ( where all the connections are centralized in its respective knife switch). It must be properly labeled.
What kind of jobs can I find as an E&I tech? I’m currently a helper for a project at an Exxon plant but I’m in Louisiana. Basically I’m asking can I find a job in Texas once I get more experience?
Hai sir ,thiese videos are useful for our carrer ,can you please provide video about hookup drawing how to create with basic documents kindly explain with one full project example ,i hope you will answer for this request ,waiting for your valuable reply
I'm glad you are enjoying the content. Keep a close eye on future videos. Im hoping the Instrument loop diagram explains hook up diagrams. Thanks for your support.
Hi thank you for the video, really informative, I am just starting out as a Control and Instrumentation Engineer and I would like to know if you used the Autocad electrical software to create this loop document and are using macros for the loop generation because I have looked everywhere and I cannot seem to find anything on loop documentation on Autocad Electrical thank you. Can I drop my email as well?
Loving the Videos, way too little info on this, was looping at a endress pressure transmitter, that seems to also display pressure and flow on the transmitter?
Hi Jacob, thanks for your comments. Glad you are enjoying the videos. Regarding the the transmitter you was looking at. It is likely a flow meter. Flow meters need the pressure and temperature of the process fluid in order to accurately read the flow. Its also possible it is a DP transmitter across a flow orifice to give flow and the square route extraction is being completed in the transmitter and given as a secondary variable that could be read by HART. Try looking up the model number of the transmitter on Google for a manual.
Thanks for your time and efforts, Chris. Please, do not stop the uploading.
