Hello Kristina, Can you tell me what the prices are like for the dentists and the hospital fees. We are coming in March and I thought I could get my teeth checked out and if possible get an MRI ..
well, electricity is normal price i think. I lived in France recently. Me and my wife we pay 75e/month. And after a year, they calculate then somehow i have to pay them 1000e more! we lived in an studio of 25m2 and only use heater in winter. So 60$/month with air conditioner running non stop is quite cheap i think.

Thanks)) The humidity isn’t too high. In the summer, it’s very hot. During the rainy season from November to December, the weather is cool and comfortable. It’s quite safe; at least, I didn’t have any trouble. There are many rats on the road, especially in calmer places. I didn’t see other wild animals in the city.
Thanks so much! I've heard about rat issues in Vietnam! How serious is it? Can they get to the houses/apartments? 😮😮😮 Also, is it really humid in coastal Vietnam like in Bangkok? Thanks 🙏@@kristinaventures
Doesn't mention the length of the lease. Is it month-to-month, one-year lease, etc.? How long do you plan to stay there. Would you keep doing border runs every month for a year or more?

Hi, did you negotiate the monthly rate onsite or you used the price in Agoda? Because the price in Agoda (per your link) is much higher.
The monthly rate onsite. The price also depends on the floor level, with higher floors being more expensive, I was living on the second floor.
